I thought it was air fry in both ovens but it is only in the lower oven. Still an awesome range. I love it.

Stylish
I don’t like the plastic knobs on the range at all. Stainless steel would have been much better. The top over is convenient, but for 3 week there was a massive amount of smoke and a burnt plastic odor coming from it with each use. We continue to find plastic and tape on the outside. The rack is extremely difficult to slide in and out. While I chose this model for the 2 oven option, I didn’t recognize how difficult it would be to remove food from the bottom oven. Anything heavy is difficult because you are bending over and trying to lift items out. It doe cook well and the top oven is perfect for our daily uses. I do wish there was a more comprehensive users manual that was not on line.

We are more than happy to assist you with your new double oven range. A small amount of smoke or odor from your new oven is not uncommon during the first few times the oven is used. This is caused by the heating of new parts, insulating materials, or the tape used in shipping. This is applicable to both gas and electric ovens. The smoke or odor should dissipate after the first few uses. A slight odor is also normal when a new cooktop is used the first few times. Cleaner, Easier Cooking at last!
I'm absolutely thrilled with my upgrade to the GE Profile dual oven range with built-in air fryer. Nice looking oven and easy to figure out features
The double oven is new to me. I am getting used to the upper oven shelf so close to the door when pulling it out and the lower oven so low to the floor. I am going to like being able to use the two ovens at the same time. I also like the option of using a griddle over the two burners.

Poor Quality
Not happy. From the start oven cooks unevenly and temp is inconsistent. Heat escapes - you can see it coming from the back of the stove top. Largest burner ( right front)not working - middle ring stopped working 4 mo ago, and the smallest part stopped working last week.
Now the left front burner stopped working as well. We bought this 1-1/2 years ago.

This thing is beautiful. So far I've used the top burners with no problem and the top oven. At some point I'll use the bottom oven but haven't had a need to yet. The only issue I've had was trying to connect via Wi-Fi but did not try very hard and will try again when I have time.

Super Range
Good unit with very nice features. Easy to set ip and operate. Only drawbacks is the brige for griddles does not light up. The glass top is harder yo clean than most and the intermittent burners are annoying. Still a very solid unit with eye appeal that you should enjoy.

Great Stove but Check Temp.
Ovens and stove tops work great. The only draw back is that the temperature needed to be adjusted because both ovens were too hot. For the price of the oven, I would have expected it to already be calibrated to the correct temperature.

Fantastic Features
The double oven is perfect for us. We use the top for the two of us. When family comes we have extra room. The warming spot is helpful keeping many foods served together. We have enjoyed the Air-fry feature since we don't have to buy another appliance to fill that job. Thanks for putting such great features into one great Stove.

New oven smell
The “new” oven smell takes a bit to disappear. The convection oven should be the top one in my opinion.

Big transition
I have not yet tried all the features. It's hard moving from a 15 yr old stove to a new one with new features. So far it has performed as expected. I miss my old oven's toast feature. Thusfar have baked muffins, a rib roast and casseroles with no issues. Cleans up easily.
The wifi feature would not connect and any solutions seemed too time consuming to warrant investigation.
Hoping this oven has just as long a run as my last.
