I ordered two, one was fine and the other the screw was so tight that I rounded out the square socket trying to loosen it. Still couldn't break it free.

My husband got the wrong size, because y’all have employees are lazy don’t want to help out the customers and they say yes that’s the right size and it’s not and then managers are never around. I mean what kind of business are y’all running that we are having to waste more gas going back-and-forth to purchase the right item. I am so tired of your store but then y’all have the only stuff that we need.
