Hi Bill! We appreciate you letting us know the issue. We will help you get this issue resolved. Please make sure you’re connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Geeni Smart Device can’t connect to 5GHz networks. If your Wi-Fi is set to 5Ghz, you can actually change it to 2.4Ghz by accessing your Graphic User Interface (GUI). In addition, if your router is on dual band (combination of 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz), they need to be separated so you can access the 2.4Ghz connection only.
