The remote arrived quickly and was easy to program!

Just what i needed. Was always forced to share a clicker with family and finally got off my butt to buy this one. Easy to set up and works great.

My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time undamaged. I followed the programming instructions. In no time at all my new Genie remote garage door opener was working. I would recommend to family & friends.

It didn’t meet my expectations but it’s still a good product that meets what it’s supposed to do. Sometimes you’ll have to press down a couple of times in order for the signal to go through. I push down and the remote doesn’t light up. If it lights up, it means you pressed down hard enough for it to glow.

This gets a one only because zero isn’t a choice. There is Zero, absolutely zero, tactical feel to the buttons. You have no clue whether you have pushed a button or not. If the door doesn’t open is it because I’m out of range? Or did I not push the button? Oops, door begins to open but stops because somehow the button got pushed twice. Or, other times the door opens from just picking up the remote and not knowing a button was even pushed.

Works as advertised. Small size is convenient.

I liked that I could verify online that you actually had the product in your store.

simple to program. only trouble was that i had to disassemble to remove the plastic battery protector on account of it being stuck.

Easy to program and use. Took just a couple minutes to set up. I’ve had the genie garage door unit for years without having any PROBLEMS. The only reason I bought this one was because I wanted an extra remote. Great unit.
