Falls apart with few drops of water
Made with particle board, whenever water drops drip on the side of the cabinet it swells up. No water protection on the bottom either if you accidentally spill water on the bathroom floor (LOL) it will swell and falls apart.
I guess it could be used in the living room.

Fits the bathroom perfectly!
Just the right size for a smaller bathroom. I needed a vanity that would fit in a smaller bathroom but wanted a cabinet style with some storage. My plumber was able to set it up in no time and it works perfect. The sink is the right size and is deep enough with my faucet choice. You can’t go wrong with this!

Product is as advertised. But like others, the middle shelf should be reworked as it block the drain outlet and has to be modified so that it can work. Other than that a solid nice looking vanity.

Horrible drain/trap alignment
Also, how do you fix the top to the vanity itself? The top slips with any weight set on it. AAAHHHH!

I’m absolutely in love with this sink for my powder...
I’m absolutely in love with this sink for my powder room. Like many others, we were replacing a pedestal sink and some cutting needed to be done to make all the plumbing fit in addition to the need to a flexible piece of pipe. In the end it works perfectly and came out great! Could not be happier.

Sleek modern bath update.
The unit looks nice, modern and the color is good.
The doors are a little crooked but i may be able to adjust the hinge.
The sink top is cool but it is very tight to the wall once the faucet is installed.
We probably shoul have put a spacer so once the backsplash was put in there would be a bit more room .

I bought this one for maximum sink since top was rectangular. When opened it had huge slant which wrecked the sink capacity completely. Now I need to get another option.
