Just purchased this water dispenser and followed the instructions for set up EXACTLY like the manual said. The water has a terrible taste to it. Just like drinking out of a garden hose. Never had a problem with my Primo tasting bad, but the hot water stopped working and Home Depot only had the Glacier Bay in stock. What a piece of crap! Don't buy it. I never write reviews, but this one deserved a bad one!

After less than 60 days the tubing came apart and spilled 4 gallons of water all over my floor. I put it back together and then a couple months later it came apart again. Buyer beware!!

It took me awhile to find the switches in the back , but it’s all good now. Sometimes we don’t understand the directions very well.

We were surprised that the hot is instant hot. Looks great!

Our only issue is that the piece that the bottle goes over broke off. This is what puts the hole in the water jug. Can just this part be replaced?

Had the unit for 7 days and it started leaking. Also did not like the hot and cold buttons, very flimsy. Also did not like the single port dispenser. You have to be careful, if you use the hot and then try to fill a water bottle with the cold, you can get burned by the residual hot water in the port. Took the unit back to the store. Don't waste your money.

overall I like the convenience of the water dispenser. however after a month the hot water stopped working. it will barely drip out but other two options work fine?!?

If I knew how tall this was I would not have bought it. When water bottle is installed it reaches my chin. I had to stand on the second rung of a kitchen stool holding 5 gal bottle of water upside down to lower it straight up and down onto a barely one inch spike. The water bottle weighs 45 lbs. can you picture a 120 ln woman who is 79 1/2 years old doing that?

It’s pretty good, but it’s a little noisy, and I wish the water got colder.

I picked that brand because I had one. Gave it as a housewarming gift. I am sure they like it. ?

Loving it saves on buying water by the cases
