Looked good for 3 weeks
I bought this faucet 3 weeks ago and it’s already showing signs of poor workmanship. The pull-down part no longer snaps back into the faucet structure and just dangles. It’s only been 3 weeks. There are only 2 adults in my household and the faucet doesn’t get used much because we’re barely home. Now I’ll have to buy another faucet and pay the handyman AGAIN to reinstall a new faucet.
This is very disappointing and annoying.

Hello Beany. This unit does not have a snap back or magnet feature for retracting the sprayer head back to the correct position. This uses a weight to pull back the sprayer head and hose that is located on the sprayer hose under the sink. With what you are describing, it sounds like the weight is not in the correct position or the weight was not attached to the sprayer hose at all. There is a sticker on the hose to direct you to where the weight should be placed. There could also be something under the sink which is keeping the sprayer hose from moving far enough down. We wanted to let you know that these units come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so we urge customers to contact our Customer Service Call Center if there is ever an issue with a Glacier Bay product so that they can troubleshoot any issues as well as provide any parts that might be needed, free of charge, under the warranty. They can be reached at 1-877-527-0313 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Leakage above swivel nozzle.
Installed super easy. Looks great. Function flawlessly for 7 months. Developed a leak above the swivel nozzle that sprays water all over the place if one turns the water to anything above medium flow.

My kitchen sink looks great!
My in-laws have just like this but paid 4 times the amount. I'm extremely happy with it. Installing was super easy, not many parts, and the instructions were put together very well. The sprayer works great, the hose is long enough for anything I need it for, hot and cold are easy to separate(that was the problem with my last one) and I get great water pressure.

Great Replacement Faucet!
Great faucet! We replaced a leaky Moen that came with out 3 yr old home and this works like a dream. Far better that what we had inherited on the newly purchased home. Works far better in so many ways.

Update on SoFarSoGood review..fix leak
Hello i wrote long review (Sweat T) when i bought. Two days ago the nozzle head started to leak and i was so upset and was gonna blow up on a negative review. So i started to play around with the extension knob and connector to head and saw progress then i noticed all you have to do is twist to tighten the cyclinder shaped holster base for where the ball shaped extension knob end sits in. im sure all the pulling down we do on it is what cause it to loosen. see pic attached

Check handle before you install!
Be sure the handle is mounted properly! Should go from straight up to 90 degrees down towards front.
Mine was mounted off by 45 degrees so it goes backwards 45 degrees. I could have disassembled it and fixed it prior to install, but didn't notice it until it was mounted. Now I'd have uninstall it to fix it, so I'll just live with it. Luckily it will go 45 degrees backwards and not hit wall. See pic.

SoFarSoGood
I am a novice. Installed it myself two days ago, the new faucet took 20min to install, easy follow directions only need to buy some adhesive glue if u using the plate it comes with. I was going to pay a guy $150 to install and remove old one but he rescheduled and i needed it asap so i buckled down and went about it myself after looking at some videos. FYI The head spray nozzle doesnt snap in out of box, it will once u put weight gadget on. Getting the old moen faucet off was a nightmare. Its about 13 years old and had some terrible fastener designs and angles that house came with. Because of angle of lug nut and all of plumbing and copper wire lines attached to it (yea imagine that), a regular wrench and pliers didnt work so after 1hour and shredding my hands, back and knees i got some ideas on youtube and bought a 5/8 DEEP LONG socket for my long torque wrench. I didnt know size so i bought a few sockets but this was essential. After that it took 10 min to come off. As far as new one... a 16 year old can install it..seriously.. all twist on fasteners. compared to older ones these are heavenly. As far as production its been great, only been two days so no leaks anywhere, the head nozzle goes back in place properly, as long as u put the weight gadget on the spray line as directions tell u and neck turns well left to right for my two tub sink system. i saw a comment about the hot turn nozzle being blocked by their wall so they were unable to turn it back fully but its clearing my granite back wall easily which is only 2 inches max from my faucet holes but i can see it being a problem for others maybe BUT I saw someone install the bottom neck stomp sideways so the cold hot turner is in front and this doesnt effect the top nozzle neck part bc they are separate sections, a very smart idea that i tried during installation and it worked but i didnt need to leave it that way. it has two water flows to pick, alot of water flow comes out. I hope mines last as long as old one but this functionality is 10x better, im coming from old arc neck with sprayer one. i heard ppl saying water would leak from hot cold nozzle and sprayer wasnt going back in place after a while but could be defects, install errors or hard water pressure too high...? I hope this helps the novices like me.

Had to work a little but with it.
Would have been a very quick install but faucet did not quite fit into standard 1-3/8 in hole in granite slab. Unit closer to 1-1/2 inch. Took about 30 minutes of grinding and sanding to enlarge hole and a trip to a local hardware to buy a $5 stone for drill. Don't use diamond hole but because you could damage slab.

Design Brothers Faucet Install
This faucet by far was the easiest to install taking a total of an hour, if that. The instructions are self explanatory, idiot proof. After reading the step by step instructions, there were no leaks.
The stainless steel is far superior than chrome, and does not leave water marks which use to drive me crazy on my last faucet.
The spout has a button which will switch the water from spray to continuous water. I think the spray uses less water.
The hose works well too, especially when you want to rinse down your entire sink.
The hose doesn't retract all the way into the starting position by itself. You have to guide it in. So I guess that would be our only dislike, but, it way not be a flaw at all, maybe that's how it suppose to go back. I never had a facet like this, so overall it meets and exceeds my expectations.
Prior to the faucet install, we also installed a Josephine Sinkology Fireclay Farmhouse sink. We are not professionals by any means, but all in all. just make sure that there are 2 people during the install.

garbage
it leaks at the ball joint and the leak is bad. on top of that, the plate that adapts to the 3-hole sink is to wide and water accumulates under it. waste of time and money.

you may need to remove handle and cartridge to get it working
Wife chise this ine becaue of price. Easy install 5, however, when i just loosely put it in to check fitting, the handle is not 90 to the faucet. This means that full on hot the handle needs a few inches behind the faucet (adding photo). For us that means it actually hits the backstop when in “off” angle but opening uo the flow anglees the handle slightly away so we are going to put uo with that small nuisance… that said i tried to see if i could adjust the handle/cartridge before full install… you can’t… the cartridge is screwed in very tight (which makes sense to avoid leaks) so you’ll have to wait until faucet is secured with fastmount before being able to remove cartridge. Which you may need to do. After install there was little hot water pressure. Previous faucet had no problem. I undid hoses and rechecked pressure at at inlet and it was fine. So before trying to remove whole thing i thought i’d check cartridge. It is still tight but able to remove and lo and behold a big chunk if plastic fell out (see picture). This is also when i found out you can’t adjust the “middle” position of the handle. Anyway, put back together and now i also have full hot pressure. So docking a star for delivery quality control and the normal resting position of the handle.

Leaking already
I installed myself it was quick and easy. Now the black hose is pouring water when in use and it hasn't even been a month. Now I know we have extremely hard water which is why I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a faucet that I know I'll have to replace, but my husband installed the softener 2 weeks ago and I am still having issues. Now I have to buy a repair kit and hope that works or I've wasted $90 that I should have spent towards a higher quality faucet. Plumbing fixtures just aren't made like they used to be. I did expect this one to last a year but it didn't make it a month.

Nice faucet, the spray features are like most pulldown faucets. The price is right, no issues. Installation was tight, went well. I don't like the fast mount tightening nut option it comes with. It makes it easy yes, but its also very easy to break and you cannot buy that plastic nut fast mount in-stores. I overtighten a couple of the years and it didn't go so well for mechanism. I'd say this the faucet wasn't snug yet the fast mount was tight. So be careful on tightening it too much.

Easy peasy
If you can turn a wrench, you can install this faucet. I researched all different types and brands and Im glad I chose this model. I kept checking the instructions figuring it cant be this quick and easy but it is and it works great. You buy a way more expensive faucet but for my needs and budget, this is a solid deal.

Nice faucet but leaks
I purchased this McKenna faucet in Stainless Steel and installation was a breeze. I thought the fast mount system was very clever and made installation quick and easy. After about ten days of light/normal use it began to leak where the pivot is between the faucet head and hose connector is. I would like to return the product but don't feel like going through the hassle of dissembling it all and wish I could be sent a new head and hose.

This Glacier Bay McKenna pull down single handle faucet is a nice kitchen faucet with a high arc and a very sleek look to it. I especially like the idea of the turbospray feature which is supposed to supercharge the water pressure as it comes out of the faucet. Can't wait to get it installed! Instructions are clear and shouldn't be a problem for anyone who follows the directions to install.

This is a brushed nickel kitchen faucet with a dual output comprising a central stream of water or a multi-jet spray pattern. The spray head pulls out approximately 18 inches to allow filling large pots or maneuvering it to clean dishes with the jet spray. The spray patterns are selected by pressing the bar on the spray head for one or the other. It has a plastic covered weight to assist with docking the spray head back to it’s base. The brushed nickel finish is uniform, attractive and stylish. My only criticism of this unit is that the usual brass nut that holds units to the sink is, in this model, plastic. I don’t know how durable, sturdy or long lasting it is, but time will tell.
I can say, however, that this large plastic threaded collar type nut is very easy to tighten, making installation much easier.
This faucet was installed in a greenhouse sink that I use to wash after planting and for rinsing out empty pots.
