Shipping was fast, product is beautiful, and was relatively easy to install. Only down side, the faucet turns in any direction and could potential flood the counter top if not paying attention. (Or if you have fiesty cats.)

Made of plastic!
I am a housekeeper by trade, so I know that these things if not properly taken care of, do get hard water buildup on them and even with the best of care in places where the water is very hard they still get scale stained. If they are made of plastic, you will never be able to use the right chemicals to get the scale off. Plus overtime the plastic surface will deteriorate much quicker than metal. I put a magnet to every surface of it and it didn’t stick to anything. I then took the magnet and put it on my other sinks in my home and it DID stick. DON’T BUY THIS!

Hello Michelle. This faucet is in fact metal and not plastic, so we don’t know why your magnet test is not working. Regarding the finish, occasionally if you have hard water or water that contains a lot of minerals, you could have an issue with the finish. We recommend using a product specifically made to help eliminate water spots or fingerprints on a faucet. These products work the same way as a car wax so that the water beads on the faucet finish. You can find these products on the internet by typing “faucet wax” into the search field. If there ever is an issue with the finish on any part of this unit, the Limited Lifetime Warranty covers anything you might need. This Glacier Bay 2 handle Bathroom Faucet is not only stylish and small, it is the perfect size for what I a, planning for it. I am going to use this as a project to put a sink in the garage so the matte finish is perfect. the box came without any damage and the instructions are easy to follow if you have never replaced or put on a new faucet. I recommend this to everyone. .

The Glacier Bay Oswell high-arc bathroom faucet is exactly what we've been looking for to upgrade our bath faucets. We had standard builder quality faucets in some of our bathrooms and needed to replace them. The Oswell style is very modern and black satin finish looks great! The high-arc and ability to turn the faucet spout to side allows us to have full open access to the sink for washing of face and hair. The faucet and matching pop-up drain were very easy to install with excellent instructions. The valve handle flow is linear and smooth with good aeration that feels nice on hands. Overall, the Oswell bath faucet looks high-end, is highly functional and a great value - highly recommend!

For the price, you can't beat this Glacier Bay bathroom faucet. The faucet is made of a high-quality material and seems as thought it will be long lasting. The matte blank finish is incredibly stylish and modern and could work with a variety of different styles.
Everything needed for install is included, and the installation was incredibly simple. I included the instructions in the images, and it takes you through everything.
A bonus feature is the fact that the faucet itself swivels. All bathroom faucets we have previously had were stationary, so this is something that is definitely a plus for us. It helps when washing our faces or simply needing to clean out the sink.

This faucet by Glacier Bay in black is stylish, modern and of high quality. I absolutely love it. Instillation took about an hour, but I also had a clogged pipe that needed cleaning. All the necessary parts were included although it would be helpful if it would include a small amount of plumbers putty/sealant (not included). The mounting nut, gasket and faucet all attached with no issues. I really like the press pop up assembly feature as well. This is a fantastic faucet that has really enhanced the look of my guest bathroom.

Glacier Bay makes a quality faucet. They are one of the only companies that makes several matte black options when it comes to bath faucets. Installation is very simple and straight forward. The pop drain is nice as well so you don't have to mess with a plunger and pull lever. I really like that the head of the faucet moves side to side so you can swivel out of the way when needed.

The finish on the faucet is beautiful.
The head of the faucet swivels smoothly.
Handles turn with ease and smooth.
The drain that comes with the faucet is less than desirable, plastic through and through. Clunky.
I will absolutely not be installing the drain that comes with.

For the money, this Oswell two handle high arc bathroom faucet in matte black and with a 4 inch centerset by Glacier Bay is a great value. Very modern looking in a nice matte black finish which seems to be the popular color these days. I have owned several faucets made by Glacier bay and have never been disappointed. Easy to install just as easy as any faucet with a "pop up" drain plug. No hoses included

The Glacier Bay Oswell faucet is my first faucet from the Home Depot brand. We ordered this faucet because of the unique matte black finish that matches a powder room decor perfectly. The faucet is well made but this is not going to be the same quality level of a $400 faucet. With that said the finish is very high quality and the metal components are decent but not as thick as higher end faucets. The handles are very smooth to use. The inside components are plastic for some parts. Overall it is a good value and is very stylish.

I love the color of this faucet - we got this for a guest bathroom and it looks great in the space. The faucet feels sturdy and well made - like it will last a long time. His doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. It installs easily and in a matter of minutes. You simply put the faucet into the countertop holes and screw the plastic nuts on the bottom side - these don’t need to be super tight, just enough so the faucet doesn’t move.
I was pleasantly surprised that the faucet head swivels. This is nice for larger and wider sinks.
We really like this faucet and think it’s a great addition to our guest bathroom!

It looks much more beautiful in my bath than it did in the store. It works smoothly and I really like the taller faucet. It accommodates larger vessels and cleaning operations in the sink.
