The quality of the product was very good. Unfortunately, it did not fit the measurements for the use we had intended and we had to return it for a refund. Nothing wrong with the product, it just didn't work for our purposes. We were able to return it without a problem.

None of the plumbers I contacted wanted to use it....
None of the plumbers I contacted wanted to use it. it was a waste of my money because I eventually had to purchase tile to do the shower. I could not return it as I had open it, so I just used the base and pipe fittings. Would not recommend youn buy it unless you can install it yourself.
