I really like the style, and how they swivel. Having said that they dont hang very sturdy so swivel is scary. The way they attach to the wall is the problem. The light itself is made very sturdy. I like that you get the option to instal or just plug in. I ordered 2 of these lights for above my bed but now after a month and a half only 1 works ):

I love the look of these, but they are anchored at the sides of the plate rather than at the top and bottom, so the weight of the lamp pulls the whole thing down slightly away from the wall, making them not level. I also don't like how the glass accumulates dust, which is super visible once the lamp is turned on.

Simple nice design, very easy to hang. Love that it can be hard wired or plug in. Definitely the best light I could find for the price!

Replaced my bedside lamps with these sconces. I used the Globe vintage bulbs as pictured. Maybe not the best for reading, but they sure are pretty. I didn't think the instructions were clear on where to put the screws in the wall that the sconces hang on, so had to guess. Other than that, installation wasa "piece of cake"I did adjust the arm screws just a tad so they would swing. Bottom line........I love 'em!

This was just what I wanted for over my drafting table. Since I keep it against the windows, I did not want to hard wire something, and I needed it hung rather low. The instructions were ok, the packaging was good.

We purchased two of these to go along side our headboard. We liked the look of them and they are easy to install (we used the plug in option). I am marking this as an average rating because the extension arms are made of plastic like material. The glass shade is very heavy. It makes me nervous having such a heavy shade with plastic like extension arms that seem so flimsy. I guess that is what you get for the price. Other than that, they are nice lamps.

Beautiful sconce. Bought for our RV. We liked the fact that we can cut the cord and add it to a switch. Thanks Home Depot fit this awesome item and price deal.

Got this fixture so I would have light over my kitchen sink. The connection is off to the side so the adjustable arm makes it perfect. However, the fixture is made of plastic and is not quite as sturdy as I anticipated. Since I won't need to move it, it should be fine.

Super cute lamps. Extremely easy to rewire as I wanted them hanging on a wall mounted nightstand where you wouldn't see the cord but still a plug in style. The only problem I have is every bulb we've tried in them is loose when screwed all the way in. It's as if the screw in portion is too short or something. We tried several bulbs in both lamps and they all wiggle if you touch the bulb.

I installed these lights on a headboard that I made. They were easy to convert and install. I reconfigured so that the wire comes out the back panel and goes through the headboard and drops down to plug in, instead of having the wire hang down the front of the headboard. SUPER EASY TO DO. Package had everything you need except the light bulbs. I will be ordering again!!

Beautiful light, made a headboard for my wife and this light was the perfect match. Paired with an Edison bulb it really gives a nice soft light.

Easy to install!

Needs to be installed with mollies if you don't hit a stud. Light is very heavy and the plate needs to be anchored securely. Needs to have Edison bulb or else it reminds you of having a lamp with no shade and it is very harsh lighting. I have this hanging above my bed and on second thought would not have purchased a light with a glass shade for reading in bed.

The quality is pretty decent for the price. There were bubbles in the glass and minor imperfections, but based on price, looks pretty nice. Color is more bronze looking than the picture. I was worried it would be more black but it's not. I am a novice at home repairs and I was able to hang four of these pretty easily by myself (I had to watch a youtube video on how to use those plastic things for hanging without studs, that's how novice). I used the plug in and have saved all items to convert later if I want. I added them to outlet plugs that have a remote, works perfectly. I have had them up for about a month now. I used LED Edison style bulbs, light is low and golden but it looks so pretty. I have a smaller house so they look great in my living room but they are small, in a normal size house, they are more bedside size. I have included pictures, one with the light on and one with it off so you can see the color difference with the light on (with Edison bulb).

After researching several sconces of this style it's tough to argue that this is one of the best deals around to achieve this look! With that said, quality is as expected for the price. In a nutshell, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again mainly because the price trumps any of the issues I'll list below. (+) Pro's: - Great look - Very affordable - Swing arm mechanism is pretty solid and does not sag when tightened properly - Sconce can be plugged in or the cord can be removed so that it can be attached to a junction box (all items provided in the box) (-) Cons: - Finish is nice but chips easily. I ordered two that already had chips in the paint. This isn't a problem if you don't plan on handling these lights daily. - Quality control not the best as I received a unit that had rust spots on it. HD was quick to respond. - The mounting process is simply HORRENDOUS. The product comes in two pieces; a base mounting plate and a cover with the arm attached to it. Unfortunately both of my bases did not align with the outside arm cover, so make sure you use the arm cover and related screw holes as the reference guide vs. the mounting base. This is backwards from how this should be installed, but will save you a lot of time and heartache.

For a sconce of this style the price point is unbeatable. You do get what you pay for, as both of these sconces came with slight chips and some rusting on the arms where they meet the base. These can be sanded and touched up which Home Depot gladly is following up on. Nevertheless, the quality of metal and finish is nice. There is some sag in the arm at full extension though all the connections can be tightened to mostly prevent this from occurring. It will, however, make it more difficult to rotate the arms so I do recommend some form of lubrication to make that process easier (e.g. WD-40). In terms of installation, the provided anchors are not sufficient and it is recommended that you buy more heavy duty items particularly if you actually intend move these around on a daily basis. I ended up using 4 screws (2 more than provided) with 2 of them hitting a stud. Even so, these do provide some give though this is a non-issue for us since we won't be readjusting the arms very often. Side note- the cord can be shortened and/or removed and there are provided crossbars/wing nuts for junction box installation!! Overall, highly recommend the design as you can't find a good looking sconce at this price! With a cord concealer this is going to blend in nicely with our other renovations.

This would have been the perfect light for what I wanted except the clear globe had bubble defects in it and the socket ring was damaged and would not screw up high enough to hold the globe in place. Called Home Depot twice asking them to reach out to the company about replacing the ring and globe. They tried but there was never any response from the company. Very poor customer service from the manufacturer. I would not recommend buying from this company!

Nice wall lamps for the price. Easy to install.
