Known issues that Google will not address
There is a known, on-going problem with the screen going black during video calls. Google has known of the issue for over a year and is doing nothing about it. If you plan to use this for video calls, do not purchase this product.

If you haven't tried yet, resetting Nest Hub Max may be helpful in fixing some issues you shared with us. Keep in mind that resetting Nest Hub Max will erase all data and that you may need to set it up again. To reset, simply check on the back of Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub Max will let you know that it's resetting.
It's important to try and recreate the issues you are experiencing, and if you find them to be persistent, then we highly suggest that you contact our support team for further help. We may need to have a closer look at your Nest Hub Max and see how we can help you best. If you're willing to try, resetting Nest Audio may be helpful with the Bluetooth connectivity issue. This process will erase all data and you may need to set up your account again. To reset, check on the back of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Audio, near the top. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.

If you’re technically endowed or skilled you wil put the units into service quickly. If not, hire someone to install it before you become painfully frustrated, especially if you have multiple cameras and doorbells etc.. Once you ayre fully operational you will gradually begin to enjoy the system and it’s capabilities.. I had to purchase a seperate longer high speed wire for better router placement with the modem. Considering the price an extra wire of longer length would have eared it a fifth star.

Comcast is gone and I couldn't be happier. Bought 5 of these, one for each TV, and I'm all set. Using Google Fiber along with Fubo for programming. It doesn't hurt to have other providers "shared" with us, too - Netflix, Prime, Disney+.
