Good replacement covers that we bought while replacing the siding.

Returned the same day. Did not use--I had to order this and it arrived long after I found a replacement from another local big box hardware store.

Good product need to order more.

During rain storm my GFI breaker tripped, these are not weather or water-proof. Might be good to keep leaves out of the outlet.

The outlet is the same quality as the grey cover found in the store. My receptacle was surrounded by white siding, so I wanted it to blend in better than the grey. This product did just that. I usually only use one outlet, so having independent covers is perfect.

Perfect fit. Its excellent white finish that looks great on a house with white trim. Great price, too.

The outlet covers were powder coated with a white finish that will withstand years of use and weather. The spring loaded covers will automatically close when not in use. The spring loaded covers also close onto my extension cords and hold them into the outlets when in use.

Only complaint was that I had to special order this item, It is such a common item I would have thought it would be a stocked item.

I have 5 in-floor mounted outlets, and these are a great alternative to replacing the 40 year old standard 2X4 electrical boxes. They are easy to install, appear to be durable, and look really good. They include a weather-tight gasket, and install with one screw. However, they do only install over a traditional receptacle, not a newer style rectangular duplex.

Best exterior outlet cover I have seen. The "double" cover works better than the single one in keeping out moisture when only one device is plugged in.

Local stores only stocked the cover in silver. I was replacing a bronze unit.

Product is sturdy for the price, as I picked this up at the HD store myself. From the previous reviews, it is accurate to say, that installing the unit was difficult as the spring loaded, outlets would snapped into my fingers while holding the unit in place to screw in the one single screw. It took about 5 mins of finding the best way to grip, hold the outlet spring loaded caps, while driving the one screw into the electrical outlet.

These Outlet Covers are fine if you use the outlet on an occasional and temporary basis. But one of my outlets is in constant use with my landscape lighting. Since the cover must be up to use it, water gets in during rains and trips my ground fault outlet. For one outlet, I had to return to Home Depot and get a cover with a big, I mean BIG, cover over it allowing the plug to be fully covered and protected from the rain.

The quality and price of this cover is the best. Perfect for dual switches or sockets.

What can you say about an outlet cover? It works. It appears to be made of actual metal. It came with a gasket. For the price (or less) of a cup of coffee, what more does one ask?

Was very pleased with this product, would have been nice if it came in additional colors.

The product was affordable, has tight sealing covers and the spring feels durable. The outlets will only be used around Christmas for outdoor Christmas lights, so I assume these will last for years.

Replaced an old aluminum cover with this bronze cover. Quality is better than previous cover and it looks better against the brick background. Only problem was the mounting screw was too short to reach the pre-existing plug. Had to replace with a longer screw.

When only white will do to match house trim, these are the items to buy.
