Better than I expected.Worked during a 10" wet snow.

Some features did not work out of the box

I am on my second machine: returned the 1st one as it kept stopping every 2-3 seconds regardless of snow. The replacement unit also keeps stopping but this is in very icy snow. I also have the Greenworks 40V shovel and that one plowed through the same icy snow no problem. I am not sure if the replacement unit is "weaker" than the original one - I will have to see how it functions in the fluffy stuff. Overall, the machine is great when it works. But, I am unsure of its reliability over time. Reviews across the web suggest that this is a common symptom and fixing the machine through their warranty is a painful process. I would probably not purchase this again if it wasn't for the fact that I have 7 compatible batteries. I have multiple Greenworks products and by far this unit is the least reliable one. Should you be in a similar situation like me (i.e. somewhat forced to buy this model due to having multiple batteries), I suggest you do so at the beginning of the snow season so that you have plenty of time to test it out and if something goes wrong you could either return it or exchange it within HD's 90 day period.

Liked it, Handled 8" snow fall very well, same battery as 20V lawn mower, lasts 45 minutes but have two batteries now

It did the job with 8 inches of snow. Light weight, manuverable

will work for small amounts of snow which has tobe light.not much power. i will be returnig mine very shortly not worth 300 dollars

It meets expectations but since it is not a heavy model it doesn't scrap as well as a heavy blower.

If you only need to clear a small driveway and sidewalk, this is a good choice. No oil/gas needed, just recharge the battery. Get a spare battery, too, you'll need it. However, this is not a very powerful thrower, less effective than a small single-stage conventional thrower. Your teen won't be asking to borrow this to earn some spare cash. Because it is much lighter than an MTD or such, it does not dig in as well, so you'll be finishing the job with your shovel. Overall, though, it's good for the light jobs with much less noise, vibration, no cords, no emissions.

Very light weight, easy to maneuver, battery charges quickly and lasted for over an hour, still had two of four bars left charged. Easy to assemble, easy to operate shute and direction.

Good for fresh snow, however, not great in packed snow/snow drifts/ice/snow left in driveway from snow plow. Good for moving bulk of snow off driveway.

Biggest waste of money I've ever seen this thing even senses snow it stops very disappointed will never buy anything from this brand again
