product is perfect as usual but packaging of the product is little more than throwing the product in a box that could fit six and add some crumpled paper for padding. need less to say you get a cardboard box leaking screws. Email and online customer service does not exist unless you return to the store face to face. So what is the point of having delivered?

Good screw, tends to slip off bit and strip screw head if not positioned correctly as many times can happen So not very forgiving at times. However if positioned right, holds up great.

Got them to screw in some curtain rod hooks. The original hooks were stripped. Yes, a whole box for a few hooks. Worked great.

Good all-around screw that I use all the time for other than other than just drywall.
