Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. – OR – We recommend checking to see if your filter is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove any debris. While you have the filter removed rinse it with water until the water runs clear, allow dry time (24-36 hours).
