This product can not be stained. It does not absorb the stain evenly. I had to paint it in order to utilize this product. This is not the effect I desired.

Finally, I found the perfect Chair Rail for my bathroom. I was looking for something that was a little fancy, but not ornate and chunky. I love the way it looks!

Love the design. Recommend consumer use paint brush if painting white followed by spray can white for a gloss shine. If using spray paint only....the wood tends to absorbs much of the paint and you will need to do spray of at min. 3 coats. The dots on the design hide nail gun marks which is a plus.

Love this tri - stained java brown and originally bought for a half wall but went back for 2 more and made it look even richer

I liked it but the local store ran out and I didn't have enough to finish my job.

Worked with it before. Great product!

I used this mounding to frame a multi media piece of art. I stained the leaves Of the vine green and then used a light pecan stain -finished with a polyurethane clear coat. The wood took the stains well and nice solid straight pieces of wood.

Great moulding! Easy to stain!

It is a hit and miss with this product. Some pieces are well cut and detailed while others look rough. Once you pick a good piece, it is easy to cut and paint. It added a nice touch to our guest house.

This is described as hardwood but that is relative. It does dent quite easily to keep that in mind as you choose where to use it. It sands easily and looks nice with a polyurethane coating. Good price value.

I was able to paint it and it worked perfectly as chair rail.

Lovely design. The ivy trim is subtle enough that it looks quite elegant once painted or stained.
