I have this product for a 3 weeks. I like it. Very hot water for my tea.. Big buttons to press the selection of water. When I am out to work, I turn off the buttons I want off. I don't even have to have the hot water on all day.

We received our new water dispenser on February 5th. Took it out of the box and did not use it until February 28th due to remodeling our kitchen. Now the hot water does not work every time you click it on the light goes out indicating it is heating. There must be a short in it. Junk

Was broken in 4 places when we opened the box, with the white plastic enclosure coming apart. We had to return it and there were no more available due to be out of stock in any color.

Love our new water dispenser. Purchased online and shipped via UPS. Everything works great and have had no problems. Nice addition to our kitchen and no ugly water bottle to see. Buy with confidence.

sleek and attractive and looks good in my kitchen. Easy to move (w/o 5-gal water bottle) to clean under and around the cooler. The bottom loading feature is just what I needed and easy to load since I don't have the strength to lift these heavy bottles anymore. The water comes out neat and does not splatter if glass is positioned properly. Easy to fill 12-16 oz water bottles. I haven't tried the hot/cold features yet that's why I only rated it 4 stars.

Arrived in 8 days which was great for me. Very easy to set up. I love that it has three temperatures: hot, cool (room temperature) and cold. Hearing the pump work for the straw was unusual at first though not a big deal. I love not having the unsightly 5 gallon bottle on top of the dispenser. We just remodeled our kitchen in white with stainless steel appliances so the white and stainless accents match my kitchen. I love the child safety design for the hot water. The water tray has a nice stainless grill. Well designed product. It motor runs at noise level as typically expected for something that refrigerates.

Looks very nice; easy to hook up the tube with the water. Hot water isn't very hot, but cold water is icy cold. Room temperature (the middle button) is NOT room temperature and is more on the cold side, which makes this essentially a two button water dispenser (hot and cold). Machine started dripping water after 1 month of moderate use (only two people live at home) and makes a loud grinding noise when water is dispensed. Luckily I was able to return it.

Product leaked really uncontrollably, had to return.

The only thing that I didn't like, was the piece that connects to the top of the water bottle, doesn't fit snugly on the bottle. Seems like it should have snapped into place, but could not based on the 3 gallon bottle I am using. Otherwise, definitely worth the money...I much prefer it to the previous top-loading Glacier Bay model.

This Hamilton Beach Bottom Loading Hot and Cold Water is not working properly. The hot water dispenser continues to drip after operation for anywhere from 5 to 12 seconds. I would like to return the unit if possible.

Have had unit two weeks. My wife and I are over 70 years old. The bottom loading feature is why we bought this unit. The insertion of the water suction device is easily done. Once this device is in you just push the bottle into the water unit it self. The noise level that people rate as a negative against this unit are, in our opinion, very minimal and only occur during replenishment of water levels in the holding tanks and the maintenance of the hot and cold water temperatures. The hot water comes out smoking hot and the cold water comes out comparable to water that is in a refrigerator water pitcher. We are most pleased with this unit and would recommend it to anyone wanting a heating and cooling water dispenser.

Looks beautiful and I enjoy the 3 types of water temperature options. I would purchase again.

Hot water never worked; pump would not come on for hot. wasted hours trying to trouble shoot the problem. Returned for full refund. Otherwise cold and room temp water worked OK.

product arrived broken. A tiny pin was snapped off that was a hinge point for the door, so nothing would work.

Nothing comes out of the hot and ice cold button. Only room temp button expels water.

Not so good - cold water isn't cold enough. We have to pour 4 oz. out before it's really cold.

Easy to use!

I would of given it a 5 but the tab for room temperature water does not work. The water comes cold. Other than that it works great. It dispense very hot water and very cold water. If I want room temperature water what I do is mix both waters. It's been a month since I bought and works like new.

Setup easy . connection to bottle simple. Works great. Very happy with purchase. First bottom loader and glad I chose it.
