It was like 38 degrees out and it kept the deck pretty warm I was able to sit outside with just a sweatshirt

I bought this heater in Sept and by Nov it was broken. It falls over with just a little bit of wind, even with the tank inside. One morning I came out and it had snapped in half where it was welded. Do not buy, it looks pretty but it's a piece of junk.

It has rust on it even though it's new

This item has been on our patio for less than 2 months, and only been used a handful of times. There is SO MUCH RUST. Save your money and buy a better product. Now to see if this is covered by the warranty…

This is frustrating to assemble but seems to be built of decent materials. What made this the most frustrating is that they pop rivet through the protective film and put the base together without removing any of the protective film. To get all of the blue film off of the base, which is very visible after assembly, I had to use a small torch to melt it out of the pop rivots and places you could not access.

The product is having rusted nut and bolts.

Best purchase I've made for my front porch. It took about 45 minutes to put together. We followed a YouTube video and it was easy. Puts out a lot of heat in the freezing wet cold of the Midwest. Love to sit out in the winter; now others come out with me.

I bought this product on a promotional price. When I tried to put it together 3 of the 5 screws didn’t go in. Those screws stopped after a few turns like it hit a brick wall. I called my local Home Depot to exchange it but they want $70 dollars more.

Look awesome, put out good heat, fairly easy to assemble.

Pretty easy to put together. Feel like ok quality, reflector isn’t mirrored. However the real issue I had is everything comes wrapped in a blue protectant that just doesn’t come off. It appears that the rivets were put on while the blue protectant was on so you literally can’t get it all off. After I fired it up a bunch burnt off and fell onto the unit. Very very disappointed, but too lazy to do anything about it.

Great item and price

When I opened the box, I noticed it was used before and returned. A lot of missing tools and it was all put inside a sandwich bag. The switch does not even turn it on. So now I’m waiting for my husband to have time to fix it. I guess you pay for what you purchase since I did get it on sale.

Not good quality, it was scratched, plastic did not come off in all places.

Average review rating due to quality of stainless steel that is not suitable for use in locations near saltwater. The unit is already showing signs of significant rust/corrosion after two months of use.

Easy to assemble, easy on, great heat. The metal is thinner than in past & the top that distributes heat is in 3-pieces so wet snow deforms or crushes it. Keep protected in bad weather.

Box looked like it went through a tornado. I will never use your on-line services again.

Overall pretty good. Building was simple and pretty easy. Corners are adjustable on the lounge/ bench sections (they are not built true and straight) legs on the ottoman are not straight and it wobbles. Recommend also adding velcro to the bottom of the cushions so they don't move around. Versatility and design are nice.

I purchased this for $99 in November of 2021 because the price was right and I needed heaters quickly for a holiday gathering same day. I think it's worth this price but not much more. Metal top "cap" is very thin and prone to damage if accidentally hit. My brother-in-law has the same heater and his now has an ugly bend in the cap. Build quality is mediocre - one of my two heaters stands at a slight but noticeable angle due to screw holes for column not lined up properly. Some metal edges are quite sharp - I recommend wearing gloves while assembling. Protective plastic film covering metal was riveted over, making it impossible to remove, leaving annoying small strands of blue plastic around the rivets. Takes time to assemble - approximately 1-1.5 hours per heater. Overall, I wouldn't purchase this again and would spend more money for a better quality heater.

Great overall performance.

I only used it about 5 times and it will no longer stays lot. This was for a rental business, and I bought it when it was half the current price. It isn't worth the old price. A lot of people have told me this problem isn't uncommon. There are half price models at other websites with better reviews. Stay away from this model. It won't work very long.
