Looks good in kitchen with light gray backsplash & SS Appliances. New rectangular outlet looks current and is a small but good update. Really got those with GFI Updates.

I bought the wrong item

Sleek, stylish but simple.

The look I was looking for in my new renovation

I bought these same wall plates back in 2018. I had to buy them again (thankfully they're still available) because my wife and I love the "brushed nickel" look. However, the finish is actually a coating the factory applies. It's therefore a simulated brushed nickel finish. My original wall plates ended up looking horrible because the applied finish can be accidentally nicked or scratched if you're not careful. A real brushed nickel finish wouldn't do this. So because the finish really is problematic with normal use, I can only give this product 3 stars.

The matte finish wears off after a few months in spots repeatedly touched by fingers turning the lights on and off.

A little expensive as far as wall plates go, but durable and stylish. Also, very easy pick-up at Store.
