It looks great, works great, and I love the smart features!

This is constantly disconnecting from WiFi and does not allow us to control it using our home hub using the Hubspace app. 2.4ghz internet is strong in the room and it will randomly connect. Overall only get if you want to spend $100 more for a fan that isn’t smart.

Purchased this fan to replace a fan in our basement that suffered water damage during construction on our house. Wanted one with the nickel finish and a remote. This fan has more functions than we will use but really didn't know what all it did until we got it installed. It has blue tooth where you can download an app and then give voice commands to operate the fan which we won't be doing. The remote is sufficient enough for us. We like the LED light and ability to change the color or brightness. The fan also has four speed settings when most only have three. Our only issue so far is on higher speeds, the fan has a wobble, but I do have a fan leveling kit to fix that.

The ceiling fan was a major upgrade for me. The fan it replaced was from the 1980s. My new ceiling fan is so quiet, I love it! Now I sleep better and I love that I can control it by Alexa or the remote. The different light settings are pretty cool too.

Great Products for a great price I love the remotes and how powerful the fan feels, and I also love the different modes for the lighting. There is also a fan setting which provides a quieter tone of a fan motor

Unfortunately the light went out and I need to replace it. I can’t find it anywhere to purchase. The part number written on the light is lb6c120w826-30-d160 and if I don’t find to replace it means it is not a good choice to buy as there is no replacing parts. Most important part, it’s light.

You need to be able to remove the set screw in order to hang the fan, and it is stuck in there. Screw is poor quality so you strip it easily. We have returned 3 of these now. DO NOT BUY!

Great ceiling fan, easy install, like all the different brightness of light.

Like other reviews I am now reading on here, the set screw is a very poor quality material and tightened far too tight to remove. Ended up stripping the screw and not getting it out. Ugh! Now I cannot install the fan.

I looked and looked for a smart ceiling fan with light until I discovered this Hampton Bay Fanelee 54 in.. I couldn’t wait to install it. It was easy to install with step by step instructions. It was a 1/3 of the weight of the old one I took down. It looks awesome and works with Alexa or the remote that came with it. You can control the fan and light separately with Alexa or the remote. My wife loves it as do I. The fan has 5 levels and the light has so many options I can’t believe it. The fan is extremely quiet and is the best at cooling you off that I have ever had.I highly recommend this fan.

I just had this fan installed to replace a Valle Paraiso model (also an HD fan). I liked the old fan but it had a hum and I had to settle for the bronze finish bc HD discontinued the chrome finish. This fan is wonderful. It’s beautiful, moves air well, and with the app the light is dimmable. The light at 100% is super bright*. You can change color temp as well with the app. The only flaw I have found is the remote doesn’t control dimming - you can change can speed and color temp though.

I like this fan a lot in the way it looks but a couple things I’m not super impressed with. It hangs a little lower than my previous fan so makes my bedroom look a little smaller. The wiring harness inside does not allow you to use your wall switch to turn the fan and/or light off separately. You have to use the remote or an app on your phone. I’m ok using these options but would also like to just flip a switch on the wall for the fan in its own. Light switch turns the whole thing on. One last thing, the LED lights shine straight down so it doesn’t seem to illuminate the whole room like my older fan. It’s just one big round LED light panel so none aim outwards, only down. You can change the colors to different whites- warm, cool, daytime, etc which is nice and dim it from your phone app only. It’s okay overall. Wish I had done more research before purchasing. Love the colors of fan blades/fixture.

I bought this fan to replace another WIFI enabled fan by another manufacturer. The installation was simple especially on the other fan. However, when it came to set up the App, it stopped as i tried to tegister the product. The Hampton Bay was easy to install. Its best if you have a magnetic screwdriver as its easy do drop the screws into the motor housing when installing the fan blades. The Hubspace setup was simple as was enabling Alexa. The light has various colors of white, the fan has 4 speeds. Ive tested the App away from home and it turned on the fan and or light. I also tested Alexa. The voice commands were not working very well but that just maybe me. However, Alexa or the Hubspace App makes it easy to control the fan. The brushed nickel also looks great.

The install was very easy and I love that it has a controller!

Mine is in a dark panel living room. Hold button down for brightness which we rarely desire it that bright- 13'x22' easily fills the room. We prefer the yellowish softer tone on low. The color of brightness means soft white to ultra-white color. Very compatible Durable- my 2yr old is allowed to play with remote- After 8 months hasn't hurt it. Nothing but great things to say about its look n style, speed of the fan when needed n the light these leds put off Others struggling?? Learn the remote!

This is a great looking ceiling fan, love the six different light color options along with the ability to The Hubspace App. Very easy to install but I put too much time into setting up for its installation... 14-3 is not required to run the fan and light with dimming options as well as slow fan speed options. Did all my prep work before purchasing just to find out when opening the box that it uses traditional household wiring utilizing the hot and common and everything else is ran off of a module. So, it appears I have an extra red wire in case the next homeowner wants to wire for a more traditional ceiling fan.

It was easily to install it, but don’t work as I though .not air at all . I got it today but I will return it ASAP , not happy at all

Very easy to put up with the "Quick Connect". Alexa recognizes it very easily.

The light is a downward spotlight. It leaves the corners of the room dark. The room looks like a dim restaurant. My wife hates it. Besides that: Fan looks really sleek & minimalistic. Fan moves the air & it's quiet. Hubspace was easy to figure out & Alexa integration is seamless. Ceiling installation was simple. Verdict: the "decorative shade" light diffuser ruins what would be an otherwise great product. Mama is not happy, so fan is probably going back to the store.

I wasted an hour of my life installing this fan to only notice the 5 deep gouges in the metal motor directly under the fan blades AFTER I completed the install. Deep, sharp chunks in the metal. How did this pass quality control? The box is fine, no damage, so this is how it left the factory. I got to waste my time buying it, installing it, to now get to uninstall it, and return it. What a complete waste of time!

Over the years I've become very savvy with the purchases I make. This ceiling was no exception. Its extremely quiet and most importantly, it can be controlled via my Google Home because of it's wifi capability. I purchased two - one for my living room and one for my bedroom. Money well spent.

This fan is beautiful and matches the contemporary style of gray decor. I love the ability to control the fan from the app on my phone as well as the light brightness and colors! The light is very bright and it'll match any brightness of LED lights in your home (2700-5000k). If you're looking for a fan that'll light up a whole room, this might not be the fan for you. But it goes along perfectly with recessed lighting. If you like a light switched fan, don't get this one. Turning power off from the switch will erase the memory. I just wish it came in flush mount.

not good for 8 ft ceilings, there's over a ft of dead space the light as said in another review is like a spot light

I bought 2 of these in Feb'22 from Home Depot, These Fan look great with multi color lighting option however even at high speed, they hardly rotates at full speed and am rating it one because fans are supposed to give us much needed fresh air and relief from humidity but they are hopeless and am disappointed with the purchase. One of the remote didn't had the holder in the box.

This fan is gorgeous, quiet, the light warmth options are great and I like the app feature. It does have some significant downsides. My biggest complaint is that the light seems more like a spotlight. At night, the corners of our bedroom are very dark while middle of the room is well lit. My husbands biggest complaint is that you can only turn the fan/light on by the remote-not a wall switch. The wall mount for the remote is very wobbly. It’s not ideal and I unfortunately cant recommend the fan

We found it easy enough to install and operate. The fan moves plenty of air for the 14' x 16' living space. The dim-able feature is a plus and it is nice to be able to change the white light hue from the yellow range to the cooler blue hues.

We have converted our “formal dining room” into a tv lounge and needed to switch out the giant skull cracking chandelier for something more reasonable for our repurposed space. We wanted a sleek, low profile, wide, smart fan. Plus we like Hampton Bay because it is one of the most DIY friendly designs. We love our new Fanelee! The look is exactly what we wanted, the air movement is outstanding and it is very quiet. We like the warm white the best but will use the other colors occasionally such as for game night. The wifi and smart set up was one if the easiest I have ever encoutered and we have dozens of smart devices. Thank you, Hampton Bay. Another outstanding product!
