This was not well finished at all and we definitely...
This was not well finished at all and we definitely had to force some pieces. It came quite scratched. But the biggest issue is the materials and design of the canopy. The way that it attaches to the frame is quite cheap and does not line up well at all. The plastic knob bent easily as we tried to tighten in. When I called, all I got was a new knob and touch up paint. The seats are nice but that’s the best I can say about this product.

Comfortable
This was difficult to put together. Some screws did not line up well. It is a nice swing and is very comfortable. No matter what I do I can not get the canopy to stay locked in place. It aways blows to a 90 degree angle.

Assembly instructions were very poor & not clear. Most pieces were not labeled, making assemble harder. One 2-piece part was missing, but they supplied double of another 2-piece part. I had to call to order the missing part (I'm still waiting for it). The "blister pack" with all the fasteners came apart, spilling the fasteners & making me figure out what was what. It all made me wonder if I had received a used patio swing, possibly one returned by another customer & then repacked & reshipped. I had bought a Hampton Bay patio table & chairs a few years ago which I was very pleased with; that is why I bought this item. It did not measure up.

The canopy looks a little wrinkled not at all like...
The canopy looks a little wrinkled not at all like the picture but overall a nice swing. Another person will have to offer assistance with a few aspects of the assembly. The parts should be labeled with a letter or number for easier assembly. The packet of screws was labeled in their container but in shipping they all spilled out into the bottom of the packaging. But you will be able to figure it out with due diligence.

Manufacturer could have rolled the leg pipes to reverse punch holes. It would make it easier to assemble and make bolt heads uniform in appearance from both ends.

Built of heavier grade components than the swing it replaced....
Built of heavier grade components than the swing it replaced. This will make it less susceptible to strong winds which caused its predecessor to blow over and get damaged.
The seat on this swing is a little too high, so I plan to add an additional set of suspension springs. That should solve this issue.

Decent
It is a great swing, however, the canopy is not stirdy at all! It definitely will get damaged through the heavy westher. To have an idea, we bought the swing at the end of March and set it up in the beginning of April. The swing itself is comfortable than most swings I've been on and it's a really nice colour. If our canopy lasted more than a few months, I definitely would have given it 5 stars.
