Although I had some mild difficulties assembling the chairs, the are sturdy and look great for a low cost.

This is a great chair for what it is. It's cheap, and well built, and being unfinished, it's the perfect starting point to stain the wood and make it exactly like you would want. We liked this so much that we bought an extra pair.

These chairs exceeded our expectations! Assembly was a piece of cake! I appreciate the extra hardware. We bought 6 of these chairs for the price of 2 from the fancy outdoor furniture stores. My only recommendation if you buy these would be to add a small bolster pillow.

Just received and assembled the two chairs. The chairs look beautiful and is well sanded. It just required a minimum sanding before painting. BY THE WAY, the assembly instructions is also very clear. Overall, I recommend this as an excellent value.

I got my chairs and paid someone to put my chairs together and I did not have all the parts to my chairs. I couldn’t get another set the chairs where not available. I stayed on the phone for a long wait and no chairs! I will buy Hampton Bay again.

I wanted an inexpensive pair of Adirondack chairs for my dock so I ordered these. I was expecting an okay pair of chairs since I didn’t want to spend a lot, but instead I got a solid, well made pair of chairs. They have exceeded my expectations. These chairs are very nice. The wood is smooth and all ready to be stained or painted. So far I have stained one and it looks great- really took the stain well. The directions were a bit vague so I suggest tightening the screws by hand first and once the chair is put together correctly, go back and tighten them better. I highly recommend these Adirondack chairs. The quality you get for the price is terrific!

Well made, and super easy assembly, exactly what I would expect from Hampton Bay. They are being painted this week and will look beautiful around the fire pit. Thanks Home Depot for a quality item at an amazing price!

Easy to assemble

Got these to compliment other hampton bay chairs I had gotten last year. These seem sturdier and hopefully will last a couple of seasons. Not too shabby for the price.

Great Value. Easy to assemble. Did need to break out the power tools to lower a screw fitting when attaching the back on one side of one chair. Very satisfied with the chairs.

Very easy to assemble. A little "wobbly" so I used wood glue on all surface-to-surface joints; that stabilized them.

Good quality. Wood will see some denting because it isn’t super hard but will be good for sitting on my front porch. Needed some sanding but overall very good. I painted mine.
