Item arrived with one wicker piece cut on the back but decided to live with that. Unfortunately the back will not fit in the chair properly at all as it will not go down on the upright supports as designed. I tried to take the pieces apart an get it to partially work, but still won't work good enough to comfortably use and the seat cushion sticks out 5 or 6 inches as the back doesn't fit. Even if it did fit, where it is placed would still make the cushions fit. Very disappointed as I already ordered the matching loveseat, 2 chairs and dining set.

Action a little stiff. Needed to lubricate moving parts to work better. Back cushion should have had an attachment, the wind easily blows off the cushion. Good value compared to more expensive recliners.

Just what I was looking for. Comfortable, well built and nice looking. It was super easy to install the the back to the bottom, just slip back onto the bottom. The only negative I found is the foot rest seems really lose to the ground, but that’s minor. I’ve had the recliners ( I bought 2) for an month, and would definitely buy them again.

The chair appeared to be well made and looked really nice, however, the seat cushion was very hard. I bought this recliner for my disabled husband to use in our porch. He sat in it the day I put it together and immediately said it needed to be returned. I hate that it didn't work out.

Hard to find covers for the chairs that fit. Ideally should be sold with covers or have an easy method to attach and remove cushions. The chair is comfortable and works great!

The chairs arrived promptly and were faulty easy to put together. Very comfortable and can’t wait for the weather to warm up to finally get to enjoy.

We like the looks of the chairs and they are reasonably comfortable. We have another set in a different area we bought last year with thicker cushions. The only negative is the back cushions don’t have tie down straps. In a mild wind, even 3-7 mph they blow out of the chairs. I have emailed the manufacturer for their recommended solution and they have yet to respond other than an automated response they received the email. No suggested solution.

Very easier to assemble. The cushions slip around a bit especially when trying to recline or sit back up. Movement could be smoother but overall great chair.

Best purchase made in a long time. Chairs are very comfortable, went together easily, arrived quickly to store and pickup was a breeze. Highly recommend. Only suggestion is Home Depot stock replacement cushions as we plan on keeping these chairs for a long time

Looks great. Only 4 stars as it is a little hard to push to recline.
