I like this drainer in general. It looks nice and the inside/useful space bigger then in a similar plastic dish drainer (see pic. for comparison). It takes less counter top space due to drainage location. A big plus that a utensils tray can be relocated or removed very easily. This product perfect for small kitchen. But it has one big con: the plate holders have straight design, so they don't hold large and/or dip plates very well. As you can see, plate holders in plastic drainer have an angle shape and this future prevent large plates to drop. Make attention to size of the utensils holder too - it's ok for 2-3 utensils sets (a set = a fork, a tea spoon, a table spoon and a knife), but it's too small if you need to drain more peaces.

I’ve had the rack for about one month and unfortunately the white metal frame is already starting to rust.

Attractive unit and the side drain helps minimize the coutertop footprint.

I wanted a simple inexpensive drain board dish rack set and this one suits my needs well. The reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the board is made of a rigid plastic which I would prefer a better material—

Very pleased with the dish drainer in view of the low cost. It is a good size for my counter space. It is not high enough to go over the edge of my sink, but I was aware of this before the purchase and have compensated by setting it on a white board to give it more height. This drainer is small and lightweight, and probably would not be adequate for a family, but for a single person or even a couple it is adequate. The only problem I am seeing after several weeks of use is some rust coming through the joints in the plastic coating. Disappointing and slightly annoying but will not affect the functioning of it. A good temporary solution until I can find something sturdier.

takes a lot of space on counter and is OK but nothing special

I didn't realize that the drainer had no cup holders but we were going to use it anyway. However, the dinner plates would not stay upright in the slots. Ended up having to buy another one somewhere else.

It's a little smaller than I anticipated, but it is well constructed. The utensil/silverware holder was too small and a bit flimsy for our needs. Still for the price, it would be a great item for an apartment or where space is limited.

The color was not bronze but more brown.

Nice dish drain. I especially like that the holder drains from the side instead of the end.

I was hoping it would have more of a bronze tone, but it just look Brown to me. Utensil compartment smaller than I expected.

It looks beautiful n elegant but Thick plates doesn't fit well, the tray has to be little bit slope so that water can easily drain from the tray.
