We bought these fans for our guest bedrooms. The installation was easy however if you follow the directions it can be a little confusing. We just knew certain steps from putting up multiple fans. But, the quality is very good.

Installed it myself and it was fairly easy. I paid people in the past to do other fans and wish I hadn't. Or maybe this one was just well built and installation directions well done.

Item was shipped and received in less than a week. It is a beautiful fan. The remote has lots of convenient features. Met and exceeded all my expectations.

We liked that with having a remote, it did not have a small box that we had to shove up into to the ceiling fan. After having the ceiling fans, we’re not very happy with these. We do have them flush mounted and they make occasional ticking noise which is annoying. They also have a lot more vibration/wiggling to them then our other ceiling fans of this brand. We are disappointed for the size of the fan, it does not move as much air around for its size.

My first DC motor ceiling fans (purchased two). Installation went well, instructions are very clear with all parts clearly identified and each step explained. Most of my installation time involved strengthening the structural attachment of the ceiling electrical box to the joist, since there had only been a light fixture there previously. Fan & remote features are great. It operates silently, except for the sound of the air moving when operating at full speed. The only small annoying thing that has occurred is that occasionally the fans (both in one room) will get "out of synch", where one will have the light or fan on - one will have the light or fan off. That is easily rectified by turning the wall switch to one fan "off", using the remote to change the fan that is still under power, then turning the wall switch to the other fan back on. Voila, they work in synch again. Overall, I am well pleased.

This fan was easy to install. The instructions were clear and everything was easy to assemble. The remote works great, the fan is quiet and there is no wobble or balance issues. The finish on the fan body and blades looks great. I would buy this again.

Great looking fan, completely silent and easy install. The LED light is plenty bright and dims surprising low when desired. This is our 2nd HD DC fan and plan to get more.

The fan part works fine HOWEVER, the light simply does not work. We contacted the company and they sent another light box. This one did not work either. The fault isn't in the remote as it controls the fan and does fine with that. I am disappointed with the light expecially since I have lost thee ceiling light which was functioning before the fan went up. Also I had to pay the installer to come back again to install the replacement light only to find that it also did not work.

After exactly a year, this fan has been excellent, and more importantly my wife loves it. It is extremely quiet. Mounting the control on the wall with velcro makes everything easy. The dimming light is perfect. I give it two stars for installation because iIt initially arrived and didn't work, but tech support immediately sent me a new remote control and internal receiver board (since you can't tell which would be at fault). The receiver was easy to replace inside the fan body. And now I have the extra control in case the original breaks. The price is very good deal compared to other fans we've either owned or looked at.

A year later -- this fan is still working as expected. It creates a nice breeze in the room, rather than a "hurricane" which some fans do. Keeps the room at an even temperature, and works far better than previous fans I had installed. No noise from the fan other than what is created by air movement. The "breeze" function of the fan is quite interesting in the cooler months but in the warmer months, it's on high continuously here in Southern California.

I love this fan. Speed is really good for 14 by 16 room and size looks good too. I highly recommend it. Earlier I ordered 52 inch fan and it was looking so small and speed was not enough. 56 inch size is good.

Beautiful and quiet. Not so smart for a smart fan. But definitely worth every penny. We love it, except for the smart capabilities which don’t work very well.
