We installed 3 fans 2 of them the blades flew off same day due to factory installed parts missing, set screws to hold blade came off and we cannot find replacement parts as the factory installed parts are not listed in the parts brochure.

Looks great but the fan doesn't tilt enough from side to side. If it wasn't already installed, I would return it. Not worth the cost.

This fan is awesome

The fan is excellent, but I can’t use it a screw is missing. We ordered the screw and it takes 10 days for it to arrive. Besides that, just the fact the person we spoke to, was really no help. He treated us as if We were lying . We still have not received the screw So no I was not impressed.

We installed the fan on our patio for air circulation. It does the job! The remote control is a nice convenience for easy use.

Me and my wife fell in love with this style, so we had it proffesionally installed installed in our new house. It ran great for about 5 months and the the occillation stopped. It has a lifetime warranty but when i made a claim, they emailed me directions to bypass the remote. In my mind that still leaves me with a defective part i purchased at an exspensive price. I let them know what kind of a joke i thought there customer service was and i would not be purchasing anymore of that brand product. Hope this helps people on future decisions.

Love this fan! We put it on our screened deck. It circulates air between the two doors into the house perfectly.

Love the fan, hate that it took an extra step and installing twice. The first one did not fully function and had to be replace. Which was not pleasurable!

We purchased this fan for our covered porch. It really was not what we expected but we installed it and it worked. Less than one week after installation it has broken. The fan itself works but does not oscillate. It clicks and makes a loud noise. Complete waste of money. Poor quality product. We are completely disappointed and are stuck with a useless product.

Worse fan ever. I would return but I tossed the box and went through a lot of trouble to mount. Low is loud like a jet engine. Can not be used comfortably and the amount of air compared to the amount of noise is horrible. Sounds like a jet but blows like a kitten...medium and high are very little difference. More air but with more noise and not enough to offset the noise. It is practically non usable because of this. I guess for a shop or garage it may be okay but there are better cheaper fans for that application. This one is literally horrible. DO NOT BUY ….

Our experience with Home Depot online has been excellent. We had no problems with ordering and receipt of our fan. We just got our fan installed, and are totally pleased with the way it looks and functions on our screened back porch. We are renovating an old farm house, and this fan looks right at home. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that we didn't do the installation ourselves, as we had a contractor, and we haven't had it long enough to attest to its durability.

Using 8 of them for an outdoor pavilion ... just the look I wanted with the variety if the fan itself. Fabulous!!

I have two of these and they look great but... Its only been about a month and one has stopped working. So disappointed home depot would carry such a shoddy product, especially one that has to be installed like this.

nice looking, easy to install, oscillation works fine and you can turn it on/off with the remote in any position with the fan running, also you can adjust the rotation of the fan alignment by simply twisting it once it's mounted. the air flow is decent, not awesome.

The fans are pretty good. They look really nice and we're as advertised. Mine also got stuck but I think it's the oil they used. If you just give them a nudge and let them run for a few hours they'll work it out. I have two on my patio and I'm ready for summer!

First off, this fan is beautiful and as easy to install as any other ceiling fan. I was thrilled with it until I turned it on and realized that it doesn't oscillate left to right, nor is it adjustable up and down (the instructions say not to try to adjust the fan by hand). The fan is locked in a one face-down position, and can only swing in one fixed direction. And the range of motion is not very wide, maybe 20° in each direction. So basically, this fan blows straight down most of the time.

Electrical connections are a bit difficult. Doesn’t oscillate far enough.

I have 3 of these. Two on the front porch and one on my back lanai of my newly built house. You can even program one remote to work two fans and have them oscillating in sync. Very cool.

Had to read instructions completely, before assembly.Multiple parts have to be assembled Before mounting the fan to the ceiling.

As advertised - work well, very quiet

This fan has been nothing but trouble since I got it last summer. It looks good but that's about it. A professional electrician installed it and he has been back twice to try to fix this thing to no avail. I have hardly used it and it just does not function properly. At times it starts when it wants and shuts down when it wants. It oscillates sometimes all by itself, sometimes it speeds up or slows down and other times not at all. Now the bearings or something seem shot in the housing as it makes a horrible grinding noise when it does work. Its going right back to HD to see if I can salvage anything of my $200 that I paid for it. I have lost my fees for the electrician. Stay away.
