This is a gorgeous ceiling fan!! I fell in love with it at first sight!!

I read the reviews, so I knew the canopy was going to be a problem, so finally with the use if a rubber mallet, got it installed..then, after putting the whole thing together, I realize the motor is level, but the housing part isn’t so it can’t balance, definitely factory error big time…so I called home depot, they made it right by refunding me, no hassel no hard time (that’s why I gave the 4th star) but, I probably won’t buy another one…a little too ornate for me, besides the canopy really is a big pain in thr butt…lol..but, it really is a very pretty fan lol…just not for my dining room…

i purchased this fan 6 months ago so far no one knows how to install it .they either have the light going or the fan not both

This is a beautiful fan. It is silent and has literally No wobble. We have 20 foot ceilings and the air flow is great. Great fan

This is a truly beautiful fan from top to bottom. My installer seemed to have no problems setting it up. Love the remote feature as it is mounted on a tall ceiling. Very quiet and balanced even on higher settings. Very pleased.

The LED light does not work, out of the box, it flickers. Repeated attempts to get it replaced have resulted in silence both by Home Depot and the so called warranty that accompanies the fan.

the remote did not work .only had it a month remote never worked

Very nice,good balance,very quiet, one small problem light not bright enough maximum lighting 60 watts.

I love this fan but could not get the screws to go all the way in on the fan blades.
