We love our faux fireplace! It required no assembly, which was a BIG plus! The “flaming logs” are about as realistic as you can get, without the soot of burning real wood. It’s too warm to need the heat on right now, but we enjoy the ambience it provides. Even our dog likes to lie in front of the fire!

Other than the weight of the fireplace (it IS a 2-person job) everything about this is Perfect for me! The flames are realistic (my cats stare at it for hours) and the heat, when selected, fills the space quickly and quietly. The fan is not as noisy as some reviews indicate - no trouble hearing the tv at the same volume as without fan. Overall, I am 5-star pleased with this product.

Love this fireplace! It comes assembled which is another major plus! The stone is beautiful and goes well with my decor in the basement. The remote is a great feature. The only small problem is have is that some of the black paint from the mantel got on some of the stones. It’s minimal but I definitely notice is. Others probably won’t. Additionally, even on the highest flame setting, the flames aren’t super high. However, it is totally worth the purchase! I love it!

Beautiful but worried
We have had this for a little over a year, it was a christmas gift from my husbands mother. Its beautiful and works well, but the warranty is only for one year and we have noticed that it has started making noises of course after the warranty ended. I worry for the price that it may not work for long term and the warranty should probably be a little longer if it cant hold up longer than 2 years.

This fireplace looks so nice! It's really nice quality and easy to use - just plug in and turn on. The remote control is a nice feature. The heat it puts out is good, not great. We use it in the basement where it is pretty cold in the winter and it takes awhile to heat up the room to where we like it.
I would definitely buy it again.

It’s not great looking in person. The molding method they...
It’s not great looking in person. The molding method they use on these leaves a lot of jagged lumps. The whole thing is a plaster type material with fiber glass reinforcement. Which makes the wood section look weird. The heating portion looks nice but the thermostat doesn’t work great and ours started making weird noises only after a month of getting it. Overall I’d suggest looking else where unless your looking for a cheaply made fireplace heater thing.

Heavier than I thought. Everything works well, very happy with performance. Base is warped, not level. For almost $600 , you think they would know how to make it level. They furnish tie straps to connect it to the wall....I found out why... overall nice unit, looks and performs well..
