I purchased this buffet for my dining room to store my tea party china. It coordinates nicely with my existing furniture and decor. Although the instructions state two people are needed to assemble, I don't have that luxury. I developed a plan and a strategy, and was able to put it together over 2 days. The instructions are easy to read and I was able to assemble without problems. It's a beautiful piece of furniture, great value, and I am happy with my purchase.

I Love this Buffet...gave me just the extra storage/counter space I needed and it looks great. Easy to put together, just follow the instructions. Says they recommend two people to assemble, but I'm a 66 year young woman and I managed to put it together just fine.

This buffet was such a pain to put together, it almost made me throw my hands up and return it! First, it didn't come with instructions so I had to come back to this page and *LUCKILY* find them through a link here. Once i had the PDF on my laptop I began. It took 3 days to put together because there are so many little things to do, and they were not easy! I got especially confused with the divider for the cabinets and for a while gave up because I thought we were missing an important piece. They didn't give us enough of the screws for the hinges, but there were too many of another type of screw, so we made do with what was there. We didn't have to modify it like some other reviews have said but when it was all put together it felt very flimsy and I was not confident that it would be able to hold what I wanted it to hold. However, all the negativity aside it became a little more sturdy with the shelves in and has held up nicely. We have all kinds of small appliances sitting on top of it and in one side of the cabinets and have gotten several compliments on it. I'm pleased with it now that the assembly is over!!

It's a great size... LOTS of storage space, both in the drawers and the two cabinets, and it looks really nice in our kitchen. The only thing that stinks was we waited literally three months to get two replacement doors since two of the doors in the original package were badly scuffed up. Also, now that the doors are on, the pre-drilled holes didn't match up that well, so one of the doors looks lower than the other... noticably lower. At the end of the day, we have our finished buffet in our kitchen and it's just what we needed. Just a frustrating process to get it finished and a little bit of shoddy workmanship.

I have NO complaints. Product was as expected and is heavy weight, sturdy, and looks classy!

Received in good condition. It was not too difficult to assemble but the doors don't line up and the drawers stick. It required some sanding and the additions of shims to try to level the doors. We didn't realize that it came from China and that it had a formaldehyde warning - not in the product description or we just missed it? It suits our purpose and looks good so we okay with it.

I was looking for a cabinet just like this. I wanted one with drawers and doors. This was much more expensive than the others I was considering but I needed the drawers and the doors to not have glass. I can't find anything comparable right now. My first issue was that the product comes in two boxes which the employees in the store denied. One box was lost. I had to return the box and reorder it all over again. When we FINALLY got the boxes(after them almost losing the second box again) we opened it to check out all the pieces. One of the drawer fronts has a dent in it and the paint is missing from that spot. There was minor damage to a couple of the shelves. The quality seems nice otherwise. When my husband was putting it together the holes to connect the top to do not align correctly and there is no way to get it to work. He used the wall brackets to attach it down. Overall, I am VERY disappointed that we spent nearly $700 on this item. After all the hassle and the dings and manufacturing issues it is definitely not worth the price at all. They only gave me a measly 10% off for all the issues. If I can find something comparable I will be returning.

Buffet looks nice and has lots of storage. One drawer does not close properly, and had to buy brackets to attach top to back. Smell is awful at first, and now just bad after airing out for 2 days before putting items inside. Do not understand the use of formaldehyde for furniture.

The assembly was pretty extensive but overall we like the piece and it works well as a sideboard for my husbands bourbon.

This was perfect for our kitchen. Lots of storage and gave our kitchen a new look. It took me half day to assemble

This product was exactly what I was looking for in my kitchen, however, after hours spent putting it together, I found out that the pre-drilled holes for the top did not line up correctly. I was able to finagle it so I could get it to work but it was very disappointing to purchase something that could not be constructed how it was intended. There is also a slight issue with the cabinet doors not being completely even as well.

The buffet itself is great! The first one we ordered did not contain all the parts so we had to call customer service - which was a PROCESS. waiting over an hour, transferred multiple times, just for them to say they cannot just send the piece needed so i had to order a whole other buffet. A few pieces did not fit together “perfectly” but it looks great and is doing the job.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Don't like assembling it but worth it.

Fairly easy to assemble, looks as it should.

The drawers are not smooth opening.

Direction on how to assemble were disaster. Direction are not specific. Some of the holes were not in the right place. I would not recommend it for anyone

The piece came packaged securely and intact. Took an afternoon to assemble. Looks good. The doors do not align perfectly and no amount of adjusting will correct this ( i even had a handy man look at it) but doesn't really take away from the overall aesthetics.

Ordered and received item through ship to store - the buffet was really nice and quality was great, but unfortunately, I had to return the item because a few pieces were missing and couldn't be replaced. It was a shame because I really liked the table.

Terrible quality. Don’t buy. Assembly wasn’t too hard but all the pre drilled holes didn’t line up so the finished product was crooked, drawers and doors!!!

Very pretty piece of furniture. It definitely is not brown but more of a reddish brown/black. Little darker than I wanted and a few times we had trouble putting some of the pieces together.

Arrived earlier than I expected and well packaged, without any scratches. Took some time to assemble it but the end result looks great. Very sturdy piece and a fantastic addition to my dining room.

Overall the buffet is well built and looks great. It was somewhat painful assembling but paying attention to the instructions helps. It would be a 5 if it had a few extras like soft close hinges and made of real wood. Overall I have no regrets on the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I'm really happy with the assembled product, not bad at all for "kit furniture," and looks nice where I placed it. Arrived in very good condition as far as packaging, and no scratches, dents, etc., on any of the wood surfaces at all. I would suggest paying close attention to the instructions during actual assembly, including being particularly aware of noting the locations of certain counter bores, notches in wood, brackets, holes, etc., shown in the images to avoid mistakes/confusion. All parts and hardware are well labeled/numbered to help with that though, and it was not overly difficult to assemble.

This is trying to replicate a piece that doesn't lend itself well to a reproduction that will break down into all flat pieces. Design is unnecessarily complicated, and instructions don't really help. Some of the pre-drilled holes are misaligned and have to be redone. For $500 you still have fiberboard with cardboard drawer bottoms. Save your money and look for a cheap antique instead.
