Very nice fan, looks good hanging. Appears to be well built and works good. My only complaint would be the looks of the light and how easily it detaches, I find it worrisome when you are pulling chains to change fan speed or light on or off.

This 52 inch Pompano indoor/outdoor fan is perfectly sized for either a large room requiring a significant volume of air flow, or for my outside patio, which has an overhead ceiling. Its dark iron color and reversible sides of fan blades - e.g., the top or bottom side of each blade can be used – one side having the look of woven thatch within the veins of a plant leaf, and other the large plant leaf without the thatch look - and both sides have the same dark finish/tropical decorative theme. The light kit provides a long-term solution via its integrated LED, meaning a light bulb will not have to be replaced. The fan has three speeds – fast, medium, slow, and the light kit has three brightness settings. I arranged for installation by a licensed professional electrician.

Easy install, good instructions, quite fan, nice bright light with two dimmer settings. I added a 18” down rod on a 6 in 12 sloped ceiling and that is the max for the base. Was a little worried no balancing kit was included but it did not need one, runs smooth on all speeds.

This beautiful fan by Home Decorators collection has large leaf pedal blades and the light unit matches the blades perfectly in the same bronze color. The fan is wet rated so can be installed on an open ceiling, such as a pergola to keep the outside air circulating. It has an 18 watt led light kit enough to keep it bright and save on energy costs. Each blade is approximately 20 inches long by 15 inches wide. This blade shape is what I really love though because it evokes a big palm leaf and when I look at it it makes me think of a palm tree swaying in a beach breeze. I personally love the iron too. There are 3 brightness settings for the light which has a sealed crystal cover. I love the bronze color and the mix of iron. I can see using two or three of these on an outdoor porch with a ceiling but open to the outside. I like the overall look and appeal of the fan, inside or outside.

Very attractive. Moves air well. I like the ability to dim the light. We have 2 fans in our outdoor patio and get lots of compliments. Have had lots of rain recently and they are still working very well

Beautiful and moves a lot of air. I hung this in our gazebo with a 36 in downrod- even on the highest setting it does not wobble. The light is also great

We are very happy with these outdoor fans! Not only are they very attractive but they were easy to install,have LED lights so we'll never need to replace bulbs and they were priced competitively.

The Pompeo 52-inch indoor/outdoor white ceiling fan is great for your outdoor living space. It’s wet rated, so it can be hung in a location that is not protected from the weather, and the plastic blades will stand up to outdoor weather. Installation is typical fan installation, you mount the hanging bracket, make the electrical connections, secure the fan base to the mount, install the light, and you are done. Diagrams and written direction could be clearer, if this is your first fan installation go through them a few times. It should take about a half hour to 45 minutes to put in place This fan has weight – so be sure your electrical junction box is secure and designed for fans. This entire unit is white, motor, light and blades. Blades have a tropical bamboo look, and are larger than most, moving air well. This unit has four blades and has good balance. Light is an integrated 18 watt LED that produced decent light and dims without hum or flicker. On/off and three light intensities are controlled by a pull chain. LED lights last years and years so replacement should not be an issue. Light unit attaches easily and has a white acrylic lens. No noticeable hum from fan motor, which has a lifetime warranty and is reversible. Fan has three speeds controlled by a pull chain. It generated an ample flow of air, and is suitable for rooms or outdoor areas up to 20x20 feet. The fan looks classy and modern at the same time. Very clean look with the integrated LED light. With the stylish blades, LED light, and good performance, an economical way to upgrade an existing fan or install a new one.

Our new ceiling fan arrived just in time, before the rains hit. I'll list the installation, function, aesthetics and highlights. Installation was a breeze. I had to run power to the patio, which took me about an hour to complete. Since the wires are exposed, I ran hard conduit. Once the power was available, the installation was pretty straightforward. There's some weight in the motor and installing it upside down uses muscles normally not used, so be advised. Instructions were easy to follow - make sure you follow them, so you install the fan properly. I've done this many times and made the mistake of not following the directions, which leads to disassembly and lost time Function is great. The 52 inch diameter moves a lot of air. There are three speeds which I found low moves plenty of air. The light is an LED and with the three brightness settings, it provides plenty of white light as needed. Aesthetically, our new fan looks great! The leaf design gives it a tropical feel and the white color gives it a clean look. Upon close inspection, it's pretty easy to see that the fan blades are white plastic, but most people won't notice and I truly feel they don't care. Overall, I'm very pleased with our beautiful tropical fan. From the great looks, to the smooth motor and the nice lighting. It's a great addition to our patio!

Installation was easy, everything was included, and it works great. Its quiet, moves a lot of air, and is nice looking. Light is an issue. Its not as bright as expected. Plus, the LED cannot be changed out unless you buy the entire light kit. There are NO replaceable bulbs in this fan if they burn out or malfunction. In a couple years, it probably will be impossible to find the light replacement so you will have to change out the entire fan. Not what I had in mind. Especially since I hired an electrician to install this.

The wiring kit to the light had a bad modular connector. Most consumers would have had to return the unit as inoperable. However, as an electrician we were able to trouble-shoot the issue and repair the connection pins.

This ceiling fan came packaged extreamly well. All of the parts were carefully protected with bubble wrap and plastic. The parts were well identified and marked. The only problem was the installation instructions. If you have never installed a ceiling fan before, then you might need some experenced help. The instructions were hard to follow. And did not seem to ne written for the adverage Joe homeowner. The light kit worked like a charm. The fan was pretty heavy, so be sure that your junction box is rated for ceiling fan installation, and that the box is properly suported per the instructions. once installed the fan worked very well and really moved a lot of air.
