I waited a while to get this thing, and now that I have it up and running I wish I had purchased it earlier. The setup was easy and it works perfectly. I can now use my Echo Dot to control the light and fan in the TV room instead of hunting for the remote.

We bought this ceiling fan in June of 2018. We had to reach out to an electrician to get it running. According to the electrician we had a three way switch which made it confusing to connect. This has a remote which is kind of nice to turn the light on and off while in the living room. We love the the fan. My husband installed it with my help and to get it running we had to get the help of an electrician because of our three way switch. The fan is a little bit noisy when running on a higher speed but will put off a lot of wind. Love the the remote love the white color and modern design.

overall good fan, but a bit of a decline from windward II that i had earlier (had it for 10 years). Loss of 2 inches of size, and the remote control went from a nice display to a cheap stick, losing the choice of reversing the fans button on the remote (now its only on the fan itself) losing the choice of installing timers separately for both fan and lights, and just overall the remote display i do not like, but the fan itself seems to be just as quiet as the old windward ii. Too bad i cant buy a windward ii any more, but as far as this one goes its still a good recommendable product, had it for a few weeks now with no issues. If you never owned a windward ii model you should like this one

Easy to assemble and very quiet Perfect for the bedroom

Was able to setup and connect to my Wi-Fi, but could not get it to connect to my ceiling fans with remotes. Returned. Great product in theory. I have Harbor Breeze fans.

For the most part the setup is very straight forward. But, you may have to make several attempts to pair the fan remote to your device. Once it’s paired, it’s amazing! They even allow you the option to turn off some of the lights on the main control box.

Great addition to my smart home / echo dot (Alexa). I can control all the fans in my home, that have a remote control, with my voice. I just tell Alexa to turn on fan and what speed I want and also turn on/off the lights. If you have high ceilings and/or fans that are hard to reach you definitely need this. Or even if your relaxing after a hard day no more looking for the remote or getting up to turn on the fan or light.

It was exactly I am looking! Works great and easy set up. Works great with Google Home, but it kind hard to giving the commands on speeds for the fan function.

The light kit does not evenly fill the glass shroud with light. It is very clearly two bright spots. The images and videos on the product page include full array LED lighting that do not have "hotspots" This is definitely not what I was expecting as far as the lighting. I would say this is deceptive advertising. I am looking to slot in a replacement light kit panel with many LEDs to smooth out the light output pattern (I don't like it to be a very obvious two hotspots of light; looks cheap!)

This was my second one of these fans. I had forgotten how the remote receiver was to be installed in the base so that needed some work. Otherwise it was fairly easy to install.

The ceiling fan was installed 1 month ago. It looks very nice and is working well for me - quiet with good air flow.

Great airflow, very quiet, love all the options on the remote and it is awesome controlling it with Alexa! I was even able to setup my other fan in my house (different brand) to work with Alexa as well using the same hub! Bonus! Easy install, loved that it has a hook to hang the fan while doing the wiring, so I didn't have to have a 2nd person hold the fan up for me.

So far so good. How do I get a MANUAL for the fan. Box did not have one to follow instructions for mounting. Had to use google for questions on installation.

I have to return it due it cames damage the transmisor was failing lights turn on by itself and the speed

Disapointed, advertised as "reversible motor", however, to reverse the motor direction have climb up and manually switch the direction. our fan is at the top of a vaulted ceiling, not an easy feat. our previous generation Windward had the reverse direction on the remote. also, I've added an LED retrofit light kit, more light and better/even light distribution than the provided LED bulbs

This was a replacement for a previous Windward version. the previous version you could switch fan direction (up/down) via the remote. this IV version has a manual switch at the top of the fan, my fan is at the top of a vaulted ceiling, way high up, have to climb up to switch fan direction I could care less about google assistant or alexa in the remote, I care very much about the fan direction on the remote I got an LED retrofit light kit for the fan, much better than the provided LED bulbs

I believe the best fans you ever sold!!!! I purchased 2 of these fans in 2006 and I used them for 15 years without any problems or issues until I sold the house.

Best ceiling fan for sleek modern look, with wign shaped blades that really really move air offering a great cooling effect.

It is beautiful and effective, silent also.

The fan is excellent. The 25 degree blades really make a difference. The air movement is very strong.

Very quiet and the extremely low drop is appreciated in homes with low ceilings. The light kit as with most fans is pretty ugly. But when the light is dimmed, it’s not so bad. Moves a lot of air. The remote control is a little non-intuitive but we will get used to it.

works great. love the dimming feature and the temperature reading on the remote.

Worked great to enable a fan control via app with extremely old RF control to operate since remote replacement is unavailable.
