Since I had this water system installed, about two years ago,I have been drinking the most refreshingly delicious water. Have had many reverse osmosis filtration systems over the course of 25 years and this water filtration system is the best. Use filtered water for coffee and all cooking needs and everything surprisingly tastes better. Recently, I had to replace some fiters and was surprisingly impressed with the Customer Service Representative's knowledge of the product. My Customer Service Representative, Will Diaz, was able to look up what filters I needed and expeditiously placed the order.His expertise was integral in resolving some of my concerns. I would highly recommend this produc and Customer Service support to people who would like to taste really fresh water as it was meant to be from nature.

Although I had a plumber install it, he said it was fairly easy, took less than an hour. We use it all the time, and I no longer buy bottled water. 3 of us constantly fill our water bottles, and I keep a cold gallon in the fridge. We'll see how long the filter lasts before replacement.

After hours of research I bought online for just under four hundred with VA sales tax. Selling point was one filter change every 2500 gallons, which would take about 2 years for a family of 3 since my kid rarely drinks water. I use it for cooking pasta occasionally. Self install instructions weren't that good but the youtube DIY video that the company has everything. Water tastes better than bottled water. I figured who cares about the money if it dumps less un-needed chemicals in my body and it will prolong a healthy life later on.

I replace a 16 year old system so system was already drilled. Took about 20 minutes to install and was extremely easy to do. Flushing took a while but worth the time and effort. Great water now and have been using the system for a month now. I recommend this system.

This reverse osmosis water filtration system was worth the money. I had a plumber install it and within an hour it was done. The quality of water is excellent and unlike some of the other systems I looked at, this one is well made. I have had it for four months and not a problem so far. Very happy with this purchase.

My husband and I have been researching water filters for quite a while now and ended up purchasing this one based off the other reviews I had read. We live in an area that has pretty decent city water, but it still tastes and smells chlorinated. Wow! What a difference this filter system made! We now have the best water I have ever tasted! I definitely recommend this system!

needed to replace our old unit - after some research when I discovered the Home Master Artesian - I was excited - especially about replacing the lost minerals that happen in the other units. This unit also has very large hoses - which make for fast delivery of the water! The water really tastes great! Another great feature is the size - takes up much less space and the filters let you know when they need replacing! This was worth all the research!

Seems to be a very good system for the price . Compared to other brands and types this system was a good choice I believe at this point. It was easy to install,it had very good instructions and a video if needed at their website. Only had one set back during the installation and that was a cracked plastic fitting that was not in plain view during unpacking and installing. The manufacturer was contacted ,customer service was helpful. They quick shipped the replacement fitting to me so I had it in a couple days. The remainder of the install and purging of the system was smooth. The water it filters is a great improvement from what we were drinking before. I would recommend this for an entry/ midrange level system for the price. There are a lot of more expensive types out there, but this is good choice for great tasting water.

I had my Plumber do the installation. He was shocked at the complete lack of instructions that came with the unit. He had experience with other R/O systems and was able to complete the install without any real issues. I would not have been quite so lucky. Water tastes great and my pressure to the fridge is very good.

This RO system is just awesome. My tea and coffee tastes and smell wonderful. My drinking water has enhanced 100%. Although I have no salt whole house water system but it did not enhance the quality of our drinking water. I searched and searched , online and offline, called places and spoke to everybody that ownes one. And finally came upon this one. The more I read ,researched and compared the more I became convinced that This Is It:-)) I had to pay for installation because I am just not a handy person. Worth every penny. If you are looking for RO system, look no further.

Installation is very easy if you're somewhat handy. I think the portion of just installing this kit took about 30 minutes. I revamped all the plumbing under the sink, so overall my project was rather long. Flushing the system a few times is the long leg for the system to be up and running. The quality and taste of the water are fantastic. The water produced by this system is the closest I've had to RO water on a submarine. I highly recommend this system.

I just checked and I've now had my Home Master Artesian Full Contact system for over 2 years. I am beyond impressed with the quality of water coming from this system. Because of the layout of my kitchen I wasn't able to hook it up to the refrigerator ice maker. After only a month, I actually took the ice maker out and have been using the filtered water from this system in old fashioned ice trays because the quality and taste is so much better.

This was my first plumbing DIY project and the instructions and video provided was really very helpful. The package comes with all required things.. Very happy and satisfied with the quality of water.

Our city water is not very good. After some years of Brita and other filters, we wanted something more substantial - and we wanted the best water possible. The great design of this unit - along with the fact that it is an American product - lead us to choose this one, and we are thrilled with it. Installation was easy enough, and we have super high-quality water on demand.

If you have been reading about filtration systems you will find that reverse osmosis takes everything out of the water including the pH. The great thing about this particular Home Master is that it adds minerals back into the water bringing the pH back up. In addition to the somewhat easy installation (you do need to read the directions) the filters only need to be changed once a year and the casing is changed with them. Also don't worry about the flow rate. The larger tubing throughout creates plenty of volume when the tap is tapped.

came when promised easy to understand instruction and was not impossible to install-nice colored coded tubing. was compact and fit under the sink without taking up all of my limited space. great results and great tasting water. will eventually save it's cost by not having to buy bottled water

This kit is easy to install, by even the most novice plumber. It contains everything you need to get it done. Be sure to follow the instructions, it can be easy to miss a step during start up.

I purchased and installed this system approximately two months ago. I was a bit nervous about installing the system myself, as I have no plumbing experience, but the installation instructions are straightforward so I decided to give it a go. I viewed the online installation video first, which was very helpful. The installation went smoothly, and after the initial setup procedures, I was immediately pleased with the results. The water tastes wonderful. My well water is very hard, and the carbon filter systems I had tried before this were just not giving me good results. Now I have fabulous tasting water, and plenty of it. The size of the tank and the filtration speed are more than adequate for drinking water for three people, and coffee, tea and cooking. We've never run low, even during peak usage, and haven't had any problems. I'm very happy with this system.

The reason I purchased this product was for pure alkaline water. The water is pure but it is not alkaline like normal drinking water. At best the test strip reads 6.2. This is disappointing. I bought this system because I was tired of putting drops in my water from my original reverse osmosis system. Now I still have to add drops but not as many as before. My husband and I installed the system. It wasn't too complicated. Just make sure to check for leaks.

This system was a little more difficult to install since I live in a modular home. However, I am very pleased with the fact that I can now drink my well water. We have lived here for 10 years and we had to buy bottled water. So this is totally worth the money!

Following the instructions and the youtube videos, I was able to quickly get clean, good-tasting water running for my home. The installation was hassle free, especially with the color coded tubing and easy fittings. The water tastes great. We were able to do a taste test for the family, and this water came out distinctly better tasting than our GE monogram fridge water as well as our 3M filtrete system water. To conserve water, I recommend getting the permeate pump which we didn't do on our initial purchase.

The product was package well and was simple to install. All aspects worked as advertised. We are very happy with the taste of our water and highly recommend this product.

The Home Master Artesian Reverse Water Filtration system works perfectly and is exactly what we need for our own drinking and cooking use. Plus, it is perfect for our water-sensitive pets. It installed in about an hour. I had a plumber install the system and the directions were clear and easy to use. I find I am now drinking more water every day by just filling a bottle from the dispenser. The dispenser puts out a high volume of water and fills bottles and coffee pots very quickly. I have had it for about six weeks and am delighted with it.

I’ve purchased and installed many RO systems in my life time (I’m over 50); for myself, family and friends. So I knew a little about what was out there. Although it’s been awhile; 8 or so years since I’ve last purchased one. I went straight to the bible of knowledge, the “internet search engine” and did some research to see what new technology was out there. I wanted a system with good taste that did take a decade to recharge and didn’t require additional electrical power to run it; like the units that don’t waste a lot of water by using a high pressure low volume electric pump. So while shopping at my favorite store “Home Depot” I was checking out my options. When I read on the Perfect Water Technologies RO system its compact size and a pump that required no additional power. I was intrigued. Small package, great tasting water, fast water tank recharging and it’s good for you. The last cartage before it leaves the system replenishes the water with some important minerals. Too good to be true! So I purchase one, it was easy to install and the tank filled up in an amazing 20 minutes or so. And to top it off the water flow was the best of all the RO systems I’ve ever dealt with in the past. Oh did I forget to mention the permeate pump. It’s the coolest self- powered water device that makes it all come together. Thank you “Perfect Water Technologies” for great no gimmick RO system that works…

We have had at least 6 different water systems and this is by far the Best!!! Worth every penny and the customer service is outstanding! This is our 2nd Full contact Master Artesian system, we just moved and left our original Master Artesian full contact system set up for the new owners, who by the way were thrilled. The water tastes great and we have had no problems. You will love it!

After a lot of research and buying a terrible R/O system I finally ran across this one. Best one I've ever had! It's slightly alkaline so I don't have to worry about it leaching minerals from body and I don't have to manually add minerals like in the past. I don't know what I would do without this system... You won't be disappointed!!

We've had this unit now for about a month and a half and we are very satisfied with it. The installation was simple and the instruction was easy to follow. We are very pleased with this product and we would recommend this to our family and friends.

It is easy to install, it takes a little while but if you take it step by step and pay attention it goes in no problem. The flow is incredible. I fill up a 50 oz water bottle in 20 seconds. So much better than the water on your fridge.

The product seems easy enough to install and John has excellent videos. I had 2 leaks immediately after connecting and it was hard finding parts at Home Depot to have it fixed. They asked me to call and order from the mfg. which was disappointing to me.
