nice quality toolbox and a fun project for our son

Wonderful activity for boys.

I bought 2 of these for our grandsons ( ages 6 and 9). They thoroughly enjoyed building them. The instructions were great , easy to follow, and the finished product was a sturdy tool box for their tools.

It's a cute little toolbox, but the little finish nails included in the kit don't even begin to hold it together! After adding some glue and a few screws of my own, I think it will hold up reasonably well.....

This toolbox kit has very sharp edges and could hurt someone. to prevent this, please recall the product.

Talk about shrinkflation! I bought this kit 10 years ago for my son as a Scout project. I'm still in Scouting, so I thought I'd repeat the project. The difference in size (even the nails size), utility (my son's has an extra insert), and wood harness (this one is much softer) was night and day. I still use my son's, but this one is it's baby...

We purchased 2 of these tool box projects for our grandsons but the wood is too soft causing it to crack when applying the nails. It was very frustrating for my 6 yr old grandson as well as myself. This project is not usable & very disappointing. We haven’t opened the 2nd one yet & hope it is better. Our intention was for our 6 yr old grandson to make one for himself & the other one for his 3 yr old brother. We’re hoping not to be disappointed again.

My 5 year old Grandson loved it. It was easy to put together, sanded the edges and put his name on it.

It fits into a plastic Operation Christmas Child shoebox along with a toolbelt, toolkit, tee-shirt, hygiene kit, deck of cards, ball, pencils, eraser, pencil sharpener, pen, a plush star, a Wordless Bible bracelet, keyring, 6x9 spiral notebook, 3x5 spiral notebook, comb. Very tightly packed, but it fits. I'd recommend using the plastic shoebox because of the weight, even though there's slightly more room in the cardboard shoebox.

Small but sturdy, 9yo and 12yo both enjoyed assembling their own.

My grandson loved putting this toolbox together. He could do most of it without help. The downside is that it's too small. I was going to get him some tools for it and even a small hammer is too big to fit.

Very kid friendly! Fun project for our 6 year old grandson to do with us while visiting in summer vacation.

Easy to put together and looks good

The wood pieces were not cut correctly. Since I don’t have a wood cutter, I had to return them. Highly disappointed, I was looking forward to making the tool boxes with children.

This was a lot smaller than what I realized.

My grandson (age6) loved this project!!!

The dowel that is the handle was one inch too short so it doesn’t reach from one end to another.. The base piece was 3/8” too short but is still functional. Because I have to buy a new dowel rod for the handle, the project is incomplete.

My great grandson is into his daddy's tools and this will be just the thing for him to carry his tools around like dad... Easy to put together for this great grandma.. Can't wait for Christmas to give it to him...

It's going to be great gift for grandson's.
