Customer Reviews for Hunter All-Fan 3-Speed Fan/Light Dual-Slide Ceiling Fan Switch

Had one of these installed with Hunter fan. The knob broke off after a few years and now I have to replace it. The plastic knob cannot take repeated use and not repairable. Otherwise the switch works.

I bought it to replace two similar wall control switches that I installed a year of so again. On both these switches, the sliding selector lever controlling the light broke off, making the unit inoperable. This would suggest a design weakness.

Replaced the one we have had for tesrs, we broke it. Replacing it with this one the exact same one!

Poor quality on the fan switch side. Feels very clunky when switching between fan speeds. Feels like it will probably break soon. The unit was modestly priced at $25. The next comparable unit with both light dimming and fan speed control was nearly $60 which is why I picked this unit. Is better function worth the extra $35? I don't know, but this unit feels very cheaply built and I will probably seek an alternative switch unit and avoid Hunter products in the future.

I bought these over the years and they've never matched other devices or plates and customers have always had a problem with them not matching. The white is an off-white. It's not a matching white

These west out way too fast- a one year warranty is barely enough. When I find a switch without planned failure I’ll stop biting these.

We have 5 of these in our house. Its only been a year and a half and I’m replacing the 2nd one. The slider switch for the light side has broken off. I wish you could just pop them back on. At $25 a piece i think they are poor quality.

Store employee said it would work with fan and light...got it home...instructions said it needs separate wires...one for fan and one for light

Returned, missing hardware and paperwork

Switch only lasted a year, before the knob on the front, broke off. Very cheaply made.

replaced the previous one. all good.

I've replaced switches for two separate room a couple of times for each room over an 8-year period. The switch arms break easily. We baby them when turning off/on either the lights or fan. Seems that alternative switches are no better based on reviews.

I am submitting this review in hopes that I would quit receiving numerous emails to review this product. As I stated, it is a switch; it works. I guess, if I want to comment on anything, it would be that the knobs are a little on the small side, but they slide smoothly.

Works well looks good but after a year or so the white plastic slide control buttons snap off. This is the best HD offers. I may go to an electrical supply store instead
