Great fan, easy to install. The remote comes with a holder to place in a relevant area. Nice that you can change the light's brightness and fan speed from the remote.

All of the Hunter quality you expect, very quiet and we love the remote control feature.

Very impressed with this purchase. However lights need to be brighter. Remote is light weight and appears less durable that most standard remotes.

The installation of this light was much easier than the other 4 Hunter fans I had installed during the same week. It looks great in our living and fits our homes decor well. The remote is an added bonus and be sure to read the operation card to learn all the features. The only downside is that I couldn’t get the glass light shades crystal clear after washing several times. There seems to a light film or streaks on them that just won’t come off. Once it’s up you won’t notice it.

Might seem like a very nice fan, however it comes defective from factory. Remote range doesnt work well and is very inconsistent, incompatible with two wall switches for controlling light and fan seperate even though it says so on the product description and instructions. Ended up returning it after mounted, avoid yourself a head ache and stay away from this product.

Just love this fan. I like the amount of light for my dining room. It goes perfectly with the color of my floor. It’s quiet!

This fan is stunning! Fairly easy to install and no issues during installation. It really makes a statement in our loft.

I really like the fan. However, the remote worries me. It is very small and doesn't seem as durable as the old fan remote I had. I am hoping there is a replacement if I need one.

This is a very nice fan. I love the lights. And as always Hunter Fan is very quiet. I haven't been able to use it at the moment, but I know it will serve the purpose. I am not too keen on the remote. My other remotes that I had from Hunter was much better. More sturdy and the mount would fit right over the light switch. Which was just great. I did get the light to dim though. So all in all I am please with the fan and lights itself, but just not to keen with the remote.

Light is beautiful, love the brushed nickel. remote works great. Only disappointment I had was the lights were not a bright as I had hoped. So I will be purchasing new bulbs and using these in lamps around the house.

It is such a beautiful ceiling fan and the quality looks good. It was also easy to install. My husband had never installed a ceiling fan before but he did it without too much hassle. I would highly recommend it.

Easy assembly & runs very smoothly & quietly. The only thing I didn’t like were the lights. They need to be brighter bulbs.

Beautiful fan and light set up. Everything is controlled by the remote. There are no chains or switches on the fan. The fan even on high, is really quiet. Love the whole set up.

The install of this was probably the hardest ceiling fan that I have ever done!! I would have rather went with a $80 fan that is way easier to put up then to deal with one of these again! It is also not very bright. The remote has very cool functions though

First time fan owner / installer and installed over bi-level landing to help improve air flow in the house. Purchased an 18" down rod and it looks great. Instructions for installation were good, with only one "panic" when locating the screws to attach the blades. They come pre-installed on the housing to protect it which i did not see. So I was looking everywhere for these screws that were in front of me the entire time. Otherwise, love the product so far. The remote guide says you can reverse the direction of the blades with a button combo on the remote, this will be handy. The blades are reversable, which was unexepcted. The fan blades felt cheap, however never assebmled one before and they seem to work.

Not real happy with the fan remote only works from one spot in the room. Hunter has not been much help.

From an appearance standpoint, this is a very nice-looking ceiling fan. From a function standpoint, however, there are some issues. I have a lot of experience installing and replacing ceiling fans over the years. I've installed four other Hunter ceiling fans (less expensive models) in the bedrooms of my home. All of those function as they should without any issues now going on five years. The first issue with this fan is that it does not work properly when wired to a dual light switch as indicated in the installation instructions. With nearly every other ceiling fan, one switch controls the light kit while the other switch controls the fan. As indicated in the instructions, the blue wire from the fan connects to the red wire in the ceiling to control the lights while the black wire from the fan is connected to the black wire from the ceiling to power the ran. However, the wiring within the fan unit itself causes the normally fan-only wall switch to control both the light and the fan. You can use the wall switch to control the light but you must leave the fan wall switch in the on position in order to do so. Turning the fan wall switch off turns both the fan and the light kit off. If, by chance, you turn the fan wall switch off with the light wall switch in the on position, the next time you turn the fan switch on, the function of the light wall switch will be reversed (flipping the switch off turns the lights on). To remedy this, you must turn the light wall switch off and then turn the light off with the included remote, leaving the fan on. Then as long as the fan wall switch stays in the on position, you can use the light wall switch to control the lights. The switch wiring has been examined by an electrician and found to be correct, so the issue is the wiring scheme in the fan itself. Next issue, whenever you turn the fan on, or reverse the fan blades, the fan immediately goes to the high speed setting. You then have to use the arrows on the remote to slow the fan to the desired speed. Turn the fan off then back on and it goes immediate to high speed setting again. I have a Hamption Bay remote controlled fan in another room and that fan will stay at the previous speed setting when turned back on. Our fan also has a very noticable audible motor hum at the low and medium speed settings. The fan is not unbalanced, nor does it wobble or vibrate, but the noise appears to be coming from inside the motor casing. It's so noticable that we either have to turn the fan off to sleep or play other sounds from our phones to mask the hum coming from the fan. This fan replaced a 15-year old Hampton Bay that was completely silent. Lastly, the fan comes with 2700k bulbs which are very much on the yellow temperature color side of the spectrum. I haven't been able to located a higher k colored bulb for this fan. More than likely going to remove this fan and return it if I can't find a resolution to these issues.

Very impressed with this fan. Ordered the 3' extension for the taller ceiling and it was all fairly easy to install. I was surprised at how bright the 6.5W LED bulbs are. The fan is very quiet and assembly instructions were easy to follow.
