Excellent compressor, and surprisingly quiet! Two air outlets are great as I use "automotive" as well as "industrial" fittings; changing one of the fittings out was easy. Very compact for its ability. The best investment in my shop!

better than expected!
I am extremely pleased with this compressor. I bought this to replace a 6hp 9.1 SCFM 2-stage oil-lubed pump for my home shop. I took data, but it does not fit in the length allowed for review. My very minor nit is that I don’t like the quick release connectors. It seemed they leaked when new, but it was only that the external sleeves needed to be slid back once to seal. They are also not the easiest to insert a hose connector into. Maybe I’ll replace them someday. Happy to switch to oil-free.

This lil compressor beat my expectations. It is way quieter...
This lil compressor beat my expectations. It is way quieter than I was expecting first off (it’s quieter than my bigger shop belt drive and my pancake compressors for sure. It pumps up to 200 & holds pressure with no leaks. I turned it down a bit for my use at 145 it keeps up with my DA sanders and spray guns. Bought it for on sight jobs, something I could load and unload by myself.

Got it home it was leaking from 2 different spots
I bought NEW SO I DID NOT WANT TO WORK ON IT BUT TOOK HRS AWAY FROM MY OFF TIME - Spoke to Manager he was no help what so ever thinking hard on closing out my Home Depot account out - I will be telling people about this matter my to warn them of. It happen to them —-

Husky 27 gallon comoressor
Loud Unit.. Very loud, it turns on to reload air, and it will not stop for at least 10-15 minites.

JUNK poor quality guarantee it will fail
Very poor quality. Overheated and nearly caught fire. Used very little for mower tires and such. Second one that has done same thing. Had to pay $32 for shipping to repair and wait 6-8 weeks when I needed it. All i want is my money back. Very disappointed with Home Depot and Husky product

Solid performance
Relatively quiet, fills quickly, two outputs and not too heavy. A bit expensive but it should be around for a long time. My last Husky took abuse for 15 years.

Works as advertised, good for inflation, hobby (wood working, painting) and automotive type projects. However, if you are looking for more air volume and less run time (quieter) pick a good two stage stationary compressor with a 60 or better gallon tank, I suggest 80 gallons as this one would leave you hanging. Husky needs to make this one with a 30 gallon tank and a 2HP or better oil-less motor.

Husky C271H - Poor quality
Bought this unit in early January. Ran good until December when the piston arm broke off. Unit running wildly was a good clue until I took the unit apart.
Husky warranty ph# 888-434-8759 made me wait for 10 min in a queue before hanging up on me.

It’s quite! It takes along time to build air pressure...
It’s quite! It takes along time to build air pressure and doesn’t shut off when it builds enough pressure. Can’t find any leaks.
