Tabs on side and front shelf holder are too short. Had to keep going back and pound the holder back in multiple times. Very frustrating. Had to go and flatten out the tabs to insure it would stay in place. Other than that, decent product for the price.

Great storage option. Very stylish and very strong.

Never disappointed with Husky. Easy to assemble and sturdy

Fairly easy to assemble with just a hammer, the frame feels pretty sturdy but the shelf part is pretty thin with large holes. It does the job though and the hook clip system does a pretty good job of preventing the shelf from lifting up.

Difficult to assemble because the tabs of the shelf braces and/or the holes in the legs weren't spaced correctly from the edges of the leg. 3/16" difference from one place of the leg to the other. I had purchased 5, returned 4. The one I kept i had trouble with the mesh shelving falling through if I shifted something around near the center of the shelf. Poor quality control in manufacturing and design. Not the fault of Home Depot, just a lousy product. I found some of the same size that had solid construction and pins that held the shelf brackets solidly in place with the legs for $30 less (not a sale price) than the Husky shelving cost.

Product is very difficult to assemble

Very easy to install. Nice heavy duty shelving. It does have some sharp edges so where some gloves when assembling.

At first sight, I thought it was tough to assemble but it turned out to be quite easy. We’re extremely satisfied with this product in every aspect (price point, quality, finish, sturdiness etc)

I have purchased Husky shelves in the past. They did not have the bent tab attachment system these units have. After spending 30 minutes completely frustrated trying to assemble a corner, I took them back. What a waste of time trucking this junk around.

Easy to assemble and sturdy, just like we needed.

I have 2 sets of similar shelves that I bought at home Depot a couple years ago, for $110. I thought I was getting the same thing when I bought these for $160, but one big difference made life very frustrating. Instead of pins that securely slide into holes for assembly, these have tabs that pop up or out constantly when trying to assemble the shelves. I was going to return, but once all the shelves were inserted and clipped, the framework SEEMS to have stopped spontaneously coming apart.

This shelf system is very unstable. I attached the cross members to the upright stanchionS. They press fit and I seated them with a heavy mallet. But the cross members would pop out of position whenever the shelf unit was moved. It was almost impossible to assemble all five shelves. I eventually used zip ties at each connection, eight of them on each level, 40 in all. This was ridiculous.

Hardly heavy duty. Flimsy construction.

If I could rate these less than 1 star I would. The shelves use thin metal tabs instead of bolts to assemble, but the metal tabs easily bend and lose their ability to hold each shelf together, making assembly practically impossible. I’ve bought many items marketed by husky in the past, and I’m shocked that they would sell such an inferior product.

Everything I was looking for. Easy to assemble, dimensions were accurate, sturdy, and look great. Money well spent.

I have 4! They are sturdy and great for the garage.

It is cheaply made. As most negative reviews note, the horizontal brackets do not stay attached to vertical support. The metal is very soft and the process of assembly bends the tab that hooks to the vertical. The instructions said, to solve the falling apart problem was to open the tab so seat better. They knew this would be an issue. The only parts that hold together are the vertical connections as I found out when I assembled one upside down. Not worth $160.

Other reviews say the shelf doesn’t stay together during assembly. That’s true. However, if you actually hit the pieces down with a rubber mallet with force, they will stay together. I assembled it, picked it up standing inside of the shelf, and carried it across the garage and it stayed together. If you do not use force, pieces will pop out and could come down seriously lacerating you. I said to myself this is a dangerous shelf to assemble. I recommend someone assist watching you at least.

Putting together was not as easy as stated and I do believe it to be as sturdyy either. The entire time we were assembling it, the pieces kept coming off as we went up. Wouldnt recommend.
