Take your time assembling the shelves and pound them into place. Having two people assembling, makes it a lot easier. Worth the price.

The shelves, unlike the larger husky shelves, were less heavy duty and harder to assemble. Ok for light duty service

They assembled easily. All parts were in the box. They are sturdy and look nice.

I picked up these shelves today at the local Home Depot and could not be more pleased with them. I assembled them by myself with no assistance and had them together and ready for loading in about 20 mins. They're loaded with a substantial amount of weight. It took longer to carry the parts to where I wanted to assemble them than it did to build them. I'm going back to pick up another for my garage. The only thing that would improve these is a solid sheet to cover the wire shelves.

Assembly was a little bit of a pain. You definitely need a rubber mallet to tap side supports together and it was a little tricky to get in those slots. Other than that it’s great

We had to return the first one because the clasps were not set at the right levels. The pieces wouldnt fit together.

The braces don't bolt or slide into locks. The small tabs on the braces and brackets are soft steel which spread out very easily. Everytime the unit is moved or even when putting the top brackets together the bottom brackets come apart. Very cheaply made and a collosal hassle to get it to stay together. Would definitely not buy these shelves again. Bought 5 and returned 3 after putting the first 2 together.

These shelves are really challenging to put together. The hooks where the sides grab into the rails are often bent and won't stay secured without additional assistance, like wire ties. The metal pieces are cut poorly, and the whole thing is cheap, white metal. You get what you pay for, so maybe spend money on sometime more quality.

Wound not recommend, poorly designed tabs to hold shelf together constantly popped out after moving to next section had to crimp down tabs for it to stay together

Took a little longer to put together and you need a mallet

Unfortunately, we had to return the shelving, the same day. We have probably assembled 100 units of shelving, and this unit was the absolute worst we have ever tried to assemble. Poor quality. The pins for attaching each shelf bent easily and would keep coming apart as we assembled the unit. There were other pins which needed to be added to each shelf, which were not on the display unit we saw in the store, had we seen those, we probably would not have purchased the unit. Meanwhile we have ordered another brand from THD website.

To long to put together

We bought 4 of these for our garage. They are very strong and durable. Helped get everything organized. Love them

Crossrails are hard to get to lock in and stay locked in. We resorted to prying the tabs and reshaping them to get the assembly done. We will look closer at the design of this type of item in the future. (Probably a 3 star is more accurate, I did a 4 because the rest of the product is pretty good.)

Although a few pieces did not fit together without some help, it was just what I needed.

This shelving storage is so awful. While you’re putting it together you have to hammer each bar across and as your hammering; all the rest are coming undone. It was about to completely collapse on us. I saw it had 4 stars when I bought it, going to return :/

The only thing I liked was the color. Big DIY and professional designer and if you have ever assembled shelves like these you will be less than please. The connection points are difficult to use and without a mallet it's terrible. With a mallet it's bearable but still falls apart easily and just I would not recommend this product.

Bought it Sun & found parts missing. It's a"Do not return to store" so I had to wait until Mon to call Edsal. Said they'd send parts & not return it. This was 8:30 AM. On Thursday 1PM I called to find out why I hadn't received a tracking number & was told bad weather knocked out power for 2 days at shipping, but now on day 4 they were finally preparing the shipment. No call/email about the delay, no alt solution, & 2 days of no power became 3.5 days to send parts. Won't buy again.

I’ve bought several of these over the last couple of years and was fairly easy to put together. This new tab system is almost impossible to use. The tabs bend and will not fit into the slot, easily comes apart. Not sure why you changed this but wish you would go back to the old way.
