Bought 3 units and 2 boxes were damaged in shipping. Because of the delay in shipping we had to make due with damaged parts in order to move a storage unit in time so couldn’t return it.

These are heavy duty shelves well built and very easy to assemble. I have purchased three of them for my new shop. They give you quite a bit of storage space and heavier items are not an issue. They are adjustable to fit various items you might want to store on them. I would recommend them for your storage needs.

The shelves are easy to assemble. However, there are no security features to keep it from falling apart and the braces on the bottom of each shelf are pretty wobbly. Also, I doubt that this rack will actually hold the advertised 10,000lbs since some of the shelves seem to be bending and I have nowhere near 10,000lbs. Or 2,500lbs on it.

so we already had 3 of these shelves and we needed to add 2 more. we got two locally of neatest looking boxes (many of them were trashed) brought them all the way home and then to realize they changed the design. the vertical posts are totally different now the new ones are like a keyed hole vs the old ones spacing is also totally different the new ones are much closer. the old model 1004, new one 1007. called edsal and they did not care at all. had to lug them back to the store to check model #

The shelving rack was easy to put together. But as other reviewers have said, the shelf supports were the wrong size. they did not fit properly into the I-beam to small. I emailed the support website and they sent the correct shelf supports in a week. overall happy with the shelf unit very sturdy

Wow. I should have listened to the other reviews here. this thing is cheap thin material that was bent in more places than I could count. usually I expect this when I buy a "cheap" product, this is NOT cheap or inexpensive. This was beyond a rip off and a scam. I even had to rent a truck to haul it.

The brackets are not tall enough at 2 1/2” and allow the wire shelf to sag roughly 3/8”, 1/2” if the front to back wire doesn’t land on the bracket. I exchanged and checked the brackets before leaving the store, same issue. Exchanged it for the red finish and it had the correct brackets. It’s a packaging issue with the manufacturer, they’re putting the wrong brackets in the black finish kits. Buy red.

The Husky heavy duty garage rack is great! It was able to hold everything in my garage and give the garage a clean spacious look. I love it so much, I wish I would've purchased it sooner!

These shelves are great. Definitely very heavy duty, and sturdy. Assembly is quick, despite vague instructions- pay close attention to the pictures and make sure the supports are right-side up, it’s a breeze. They use choose a better freight company. 2 weeks late and had to return/exchange one.

Just an fyi i fit the box into an 14 equinox with the seat all the way forward and down on the pass side

Very easy to assemble, and did not require any tools. Instructions were clear and in just a short amount of time my shelving was complete. I was equally impressed by how sturdy these shelves are, once they are assembled they are no going anywhere. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Purchased this Husky 4 Tier Heavy Duty Shelving for my shop. It took my wife, son, and myself 15-20 minutes to assemble after unpackaging it! Super easy! The unit is very sturdy! Already have it nearly loaded full. I WILL be buying another one if these soon!

Love this shelving. Fairly easy assembly. Very sturdy! Put this in a storage unit free standing, not against a wall. Very sturdy as the bottom of the legs have little feet that give it balance, not wobbly.

Great shelves, easy to assemble, less expensive than building from wood.

Bought two for my garage. You can attach the second set to the first giving you a third space to add a top rack.

This Husky 4 tier heavy duty shelves certainly has met my expectation. It's very sturdy and spacious. One thing I wish instead of wire racks that goes on each shelf that it had a piece to lay flat which would allow storage for smaller items. However, overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

My garage is small and also serves as a home gym. My wire and I purchase two of these racks to help consolidate a lot of stuff that was on the floor and move it to a dedicated location. Assembly was so easy, each rack took around 25 minutes to assemble with a partner or alone but it was a bit easier with someone else holding the other end of the end support pieces. Each box came neatly organized with clear instructions. Functionality is great, we have a deep freezer that lost its home due to the racks so we opted to leave the bottom two shelves out of one of the racks. Overall this is light years better than the cheap plastic storage solutions out there - we couldn’t be happier.

I purchased three of these to change our stacks of totes into something a bit more organized. These go together easily with only a mallet to make sure the rails are secured to the uprights. They hold a lot of weight and look great. That said, we could not get the same amount of stuff into the same area because of the spacing between the top of the totes and the next shelf. Oh well, I guess we need to get rid of some stuff. Assembly took me about 20-30 minutes each by myself. I did notice that standing on the wire grate can bend it pretty easily so I avoided doing this on the next one I built. I was able to bend it back into an almost flat grate. I would just be aware that they are strong when you have a box or a tote on them but try not to stand on them.

Strong materials, QC off... I purchased this last weekend, while the directions were minimal, it was easy to assemble in under 30 mins. I liked the fact that I could expand it later if I wanted. Note: I had to call the manufacture as the 12 total cross-shelf supports weren't correct (re-design) they sit low and not on the top of the beams. They did ship me the correct ones but took more time. I loaded pictures so you can see what they are supposed to look like.

I purchased this last weekend, while the directions were minimal, it was easy to assemble in under 30 mins. The box was heavy (have a friend help!) and the materials are very durable. However, i noticed one potential quality control issue. There are 12 total cross-shelf supports (front to back) included, with three (3) spanning across each of the four (4) shelves. The small picture in the directions show that the top of the cross support beams is supposed to rest on TOP of each horizontal shelving bracket, and the tab at the bottom will go through the hole in the bottom. The top of each cross support beam is even cut/notched to be able to rest atop of the shelving brackets. Either my cross support beams were the wrong size or the diagram was incorrect, because the depth (top to bottom) was at least 1/2 inch too narrow. If i rested the support on the top, the tab wouldn't reach the hold below and the support would slide around. If I placed the support inside of each shelf bracket, the tab would go through the bottom hole but the supports were almost useless, UNLESS a lot of weight was added to each shelf (500+ lbs), causing the shelves to bow down. This is how I left the shelving assembled. Ultimately, the design and quality control could be better but I opted to keep the shelf as it was purchased on sale at $180 (vs. $220 for a similar brand at another store, which i also have in a different part of my garage). I would be interested to hear from the manufacturer or others if this is normal or if my cross support beams were manufactured or packaged incorrectly.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because of the flimsy plastic pins they gave to stabilize the shelf center brackets. I just used some automotive panel push pins. But the proper size nuts and bolts would work. I added some retractable wheels to my shelves. You just need 4 pieces of 2x6's 24" long, 4 nuts and bolts long enough to go through wood and the hole at the foot of the shelf frame. Structural screws to bond wood in L shape. And to attach the retractable wheels. WARNING do not use the screws that come with the wheels they can not support the weight. And now you have a moving wall of whatever. Enjoy

I have the rack loaded with about 200 pounds. Put casters on it and it failed

Very nice shelves. Easy to assemble and built to last. Adjustable and easily readjusted later if required. Completely satisfied and worth every penny. In fact I thought, as I assembled them, that they seemed under priced :-)

I got the 90" and the 77" tall units so that I could make a 90" tall x 77" wide unit and then a 77" tall by 90" wide unit. It worked perfectly as they are the same connections. I did have to add some heavy duty leveling feet that I purchased through a major online retailer because, like most garage floors, the floors slope towards the garage doors. I drilled 3/8" holes in the bottom of the posts inside the beam for strength for the feet. See the pictures. This made all the difference, allowing me to put the shelf flush against the wall. It was otherwise tilting. Another thing I did differently was I did not install a shelf in the bottom position so that I could roll heavy things under the shelf like my generator, pressure washer, etc.

Does say so in the instructions! I really like these units but there is a couple of negative. Go together fairly easy and for the most part nicely made. Bought 7 for work and just purchased two more for home. One negative is you can not add wheels to the units as is to make the shelf moveable. Second negative is the big one - the feet are a very weak and poor design - thin flat plates that are attached with only 2 small welds. Feet mounting plate should have been a U-channel shaped piece with additional welds IMHO. Castering wheels are offset and will put a bending load on the feet plate and the shelf unit will fall over. Even without bending the feet the shelves will be unstable with casters on them because of a narrower footprint. Bottom line I wanted movable, safe and stable shelves so I added a 30 inch long 3 inch x 3/16 inch bar stock spanning both feet on the ends. Quality heavy duty casters are now mounted outboard of unit for added stability. Added welds to tie the vertical legs and bar stock together. Photo is before I put the wheels on - note that the wheels are mounted well outboard of the unit. Really stable and strong now. May be overkill but hey my addition will not fail. Not factory approved but improved.

I got three of these units when we moved to our new house to line the entire side wall of the garage to store stuff my family "just couldn't get rid of" as well as holiday decorations, and infrequently used items. Got a boatload of 17-gallon black/yellow lid Husky storage bins that fit 4-across each shelf. Purchased an extra shelf for each to make it a 5-tier unit instead of 4-tier. I put these three units together myself in one long morning. The units share the same vertical sides in the middle of the three, so I had two of those leftover. Of course plan to store lighter items on upper shelves and heavier items on lower shelves for stability and ease of use. Now I don't own a single cardboard box, and my closets are not stuffed.

All good Three pieces came damaged/bent, but I was able to fix and make work,
