The pool is quick and easy to set up, the box says only 1 hour to install and it’s true! The pump is heavy duty and is plenty of power for the size. Easy to maintain and clean, and comes with a cover as well! The pool is large, and fits adults, kids and all the floats. I would recommend this pool to anyone looking for a great user friendly pool.

Worked all day preparing surface and 3 hrs assembling pool in 95 degree weather. Started filling over night. When came out in AM foot of water in bottom and leaking around bottom seam where pump and filter attaches. Bottom of pool the seam was not sealed for approx 5’. Zero quality control!!! Now have to get pool service to come and try to fix problem. Will be out another $2-300 if fixable and no pool yet. Would give zero stars if available!!!

Just finished set up and the liner is poorly manufacured. Matetial is ok, but the seams are not done well and will probably leak. Even if they don't leak it will be impossible to clean. I just hope they don't rupture and cause a flood!

Amazing pool. Easy to put together but will need an extra adult hand or 2. Sand pump is amazing. Making the pool low maintenance. Big enough for the adult to enjoy their time in it!

We are enjoying the pool. It seems to be good quality. We did have two bent leg poles. We’re hoping they hold up.

Set up not as easy as said in the instructions. The ladder that comes with it isn't very sturdy But those 2 minor issues set aside, I love my pool

Stay away from this company. You will buy the pool (ours was an easy up), it is flimsy and unsafe for children. When you try to return it, they will charge you AT LEAST 20% to return it and have you pay for shipping back to them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND no regard for children's safety

We have owned several intex pools. Starting with the quick setup pool when the kids were little. As they got bigger so did our pools. We are now on our third ultra frame. No, they don't last forever but you cannot beat the price point for how long they last. I love them and will be purchasing another one next year. Recommend the salt water system and rig a skimmer on the pool.

Excellent!! Was delivered in a tracker trailer in a pallet . The driver was very courteous and put the pool in our garage. The pool is wonderful and sturdy, no leaks at all. Easy set up and didn’t take that long to fill. Our family is very pleased!!!!

Pool is great. I’ve had it up for about a month now. We did have to re level it after it was filled and settled. We almost have it spot on. The pump works awesome for this pool. I live in Florida and we get a lot of afternoon rain, the pool has yet to turned green or nasty. Other pools this size would have already turned if I was using the filter cartridges. Definitely plan to keep this pool for several years!

Delivery was late, a piece was broken. Trying to make a claim is a pain, then it’s on back order. The pool is nice but the process to get it up has too many obstacles

Expect the pool liner to last 6-7 years - pump not so long. Does not come with a skimmer. Level the ground without sharp rocks 19' feet in diameter - to give you extra room if you need to adjust the location. Set up time 3-4 hrs with a beer or two. (my third pool). Legs must be close to vertical as possible. Took 26 hrs to fill

Getting ready to replace, we have had it for 12 years. We have never had a problem with it. We leave it up all year round.. We just close it for the winter and we're on our 13th year. And it's about time to change it been very satisfied. Totally recommend.

Easy set up. 4 people set up, hooked up pump and assembled latter in less than an hour. Good quality we love it

I bought the XTR 18x52 in 2021. We noticed during the first year the pump doesn’t operate as good as it did when first opening. To get it to filter how it should, you have to push down and hold the lever if you want a full filter which Is obviously Unfeasible. For the past 2 years we’ve had to purchase new hoses (from pool to filter) as they keep snapping when we put them back on after each year. I am very disappointed as this has now cost me additional money, wasted my water to fill the pool, as well as chemicals to open the pool.

Absolute worst customer of any company I have ever called! They are unable to understand English and just keep replying they they understand yet continue to ask me the same question over and over !

The pool is great however, I’m closing it for the winter. Spent a lot of time prepping the pool put the pool cover on only discover the pool cover has holes pre-cut holes. It makes no sense now I have to buy a cover to recover the pool.

This pool is so nice. It was a little difficult to put together but worth it. We love it and it will last a long time well made.

I see all reviews aren’t listed. I already left 1 review last week & don’t see it. Have been trying to get our pool that we’ve paid for! Being told:nothing can be done since case is open, until it’s closed while being investigated. Already been investigated to be told shipping info is incorrect, it’s not been shipped from warehouse so RESHIP IT! How hard can that be!Was told it would be 48hrs then 3 days later, after no response back, now we’re told it will be 96hrs!! BULL! I don’t understand?!?
