After installing a couple of these doors within several weeks of each other, I’m still undecided on the recommendation. The materials are of decent quality and do work as advertised but the assembly lacks serious quality control. A DIY/home owner will soon be frustrated when the door seems mis-aligned (because it is) in the jam. A contractor will make the door fit properly after refitting the hinges and/or catches which adds 1.5 hours to install each door. Second major drawback is these doors are sold in 4 9/16” only. If you need to fit 2x6” framing then add another $60 for an extension kit. Door does work good after being reworked but expect the install take twice as long as it would normally. Overall, I’d suggest ordering doors directly from a door company whenever possible and save yourself the hassle.

Great quality for a low prize

The door was ok but we did have two issues we had to adjust for. (1) the door frame staples missed the board on the top and had to be cut off and I had to add screws. (2) the deadbolt lock cross drilled hole was off approx. 1/8" so I had to move the plate down in the frame so the bolt could enter the frame. Neither ideal...but neither a disaster.

You get what you pay for.

Overall very good door! Installation was fairly easy!

Quality product and good value for the price. Installation was pretty straightforward except the instructions were stapled to the top of the product and removal of the staple destroyed the instructions. We were able to get the instructions online so all was good in the end.
