Door was ready to be picked up when I arrived! Perfect purchase!!

Decent exterior door. I'm using this for a walk in basement entry. I originally tried to purchase a custom size to fit the rough opening and clear a soffit, but the strain in the supply chain was 3-6mo.lead time. This said, I cut the top of the door down by 1". This was not a quick or easy project. This included cutting the flange off the end of the door and removing the wooded end panel, routing out the foam, cutting down the door, replacing the wood end panel and folding over the metal edge round the wood. Took me about 3hrs - better than 3-6mo.

Unable to rate the doors because they were a month later than “estimated “, so I had to go with another vendor.

This Jeld-Wen door is perfect for our needs. we needed to replace our old exterior door and we wanted one that would last longer and still look good. This door is strong, made with a steel exterior that will hold up to the weather. We wanted one that would give us some light but still offer some privacy and this one is just perfect. It was super easy to replace the old door with this since it comes with it's own frame. We just took the old door out, cleared the old frame down to the studs, put some weather seal at the bottom (which our old door didn't have) and then we slipped this one right in! It was super easy and now it is weather tight and looking beautiful.

Went right in and is exactly what it is supposed to be.

Door was easy to install. I wish they would do something different with stickers on door. Still havent been able to remove all the stickers.

Had to cut off 2 1/2 “ off bottom to fit my opening. I used some blue painters tape and 60 tooth blade. Butter!

Very disappointed in this door. The window part was not level so one side is lower than the other and the bottom portion of the door is slightly narrower than the top. Over all a waste of money, cost of installation etc.

The door dimensions were incorrectly labeled. Has to take it back only to find they did not have another. And these doors are not so easy to lug around. Very frustrating experience.

The door install was easy however the primer was falling off the door.

Wrong swing, labeled wrong, and the run around I got from Home Depot was awful!

My contractor picked up at Home Depot for me and painted. It wasn’t until after he painted that I found at least 5 “ping” dents on one side of the door, and another on the other side. I can’t say for sure if the door arrived this way or not, but the take away is that this door dents beyond easily. Extremely disappointed and I am now stuck with the product since it’s already been painted.

I ordered a 36x80 door and it’s over a quarter inch short on width

The door fit in the framed opening just great.

Looks better than I imagined. It's beautiful!

We needed a door to fit in an oversized front door with side lights. Were able to take the door off the provided pre-hung frame. Works and looks great.

Door was good . But Home Depot sold me wrong door then didn’t have the door I wanted. 0 stars for Home Depot.

Door looks great. Hinges screws were "angled" in and were proud of the hinges surface. I had to remove and replace several. This is a workmanship issue.
