Beautifully crafted.
Purchased this toilet bowl and was unaware that I needed to purchase the tank in addition to the bowl. After the bowl only arrived I reordered the tank. When the tank arrived it was cracked. A quick phone call to Kohler and I had a replacement in 3 days. Nice job.

Not a fan of the bowl flush management or position of the bowl water holes, its week and does not cycle clean well after flush. The bottom has small nooks that are hard to clean. It made to look good however not happy with this unit.

Hi vmach, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm sorry to hear your Memoirs toilet bowl is not staying clean after use. I'd like to make a few suggestions to help improve the performance. We suggest checking the refill tube inside the tank. It should be connected at both ends, connecting the fill valve to the center of the canister valve. If either end is disconnected, it should be pushed back into place. We also suggest checking the clearance of the rim holes. To do this, add some bright colored food coloring to the water in the tank and swirl it around to distribute it. Flush the toilet and watch the rim holes during the flush. If water is not coming out of the holes, you can use a penny nail or end of a wire coat hanger to ream out the rim holes. Nice looking toilet, style and color. That extra height is miserable; it is by far the most uncomfortable toilet I have ever sat on and I purchased 2 of these; one for the master and the other for the powder room. I am so sorry I wish I could have tried them before I purchased. It is not the shape it is the height; shape would not have mattered. I saw somewhere a suggestion to put your feet on a stool in front of the toilet I now know why; I am not what I would consider short I'm 5'6" when sitting on the toilet my feet only touch the floor if I raise them to the ball of my foot.
One thing for sure no one will spend allot of time in the bathroom on these toilets...and maybe that's a good thing! My builder installed a temporary toilet in the basement cheapest he could find, under $100 it is very comfortable, does not have the additional height!
This is intended to sit on one of these before purchasing; I hope it does not offend anyone I just would like you to try before you buy
