We remodeled a master bath and wanted to include some “wow factors.” A Kohler bidet toilet was beyond our budget, but the novita bidet seat (about $1000) seemed doable. It was installed by our plumber as part of our bath renovation. I had heard and read about the benefits of a bidet for many years and had it on my wish list. We felt like we would feel cleaner, use less toilet paper and save the environment. Sorry. It didn’t work out that way. First, the cleansing stream is warm and remains warm (good). But it does not fully cleanse. Second, although the dryer blows warm air, it does not fully dry. The air stream is wimpy, to say the least. TP is required to complete the drying operation, which is when you see visual evidence of incomplete water cleansing. We will continue to use it, but are quite disappointed. This may not be Kohler’s fault as I feel like the idea of a bidet may be oversold.

Directions were clear and quite easy to follow. Had the unit installed and in use within 30 minutes. Very pleased! Nicely packaged and easy to open and identify all parts. The remote is clear and easy to use. The seat is comfortable and ergonomically shaped. It fits nicely on my single unit Kohler toilet. Most importantly this seat does what it should very well :) ! Highly recommend!

The dryer function blows cold air. The heated seat is never used and all together it is just bulky looking. Also it life’s you up 2” more than normal seat so if your short you won’t touch the ground

I absolutely LOVE this bidet! The remote control comes with a mounting bracket for the remote control. If you are a wheelchair user, or have “generous” thighs and derrière, opt for the remote so you don’t accidentally active the controls that come mounted on the side of the lower priced Novita bidet seat. This bidet works exactly as promised, is well made and and seat top is removable. I can’t recommend it highly enough! I’ve never felt cleaner. This is something elder users should seriously consider. For those with arthritis, it’s especially helpful not to have to reach around to wipe off. You feel squeaky clean and dry with this unit.

Really, quite an experience! We are very happy with the cleaning features. Dryer function, not so good. But overall, we are happy we got it.

Very comfortable. We bought 4 of them for our Koehler toilets. Fit really well. Find them more comfortable seat than my previous Brondell. Really like it. Just a little disappointed it does not have a nightlight.

Overall as expected in this class. But lacking night light as most in this class. Also taking out another starr for the size of the remote. it is almost the size of the carry on. the only reason we decided to twist our hand on this one is the best fit.

Nice unit, but didn’t fit my existing toilet well. Hard to tell from the website if was a perfect fit. I was able to make it work with a trip to the hardware store. It replaced another bidet seat, which lasted 12 years. Not super impressed.

The bidet seat is very nice, only complaint is the dryer stopped working after 4 months of use. Expected more from an expensive seat.

I bought the bidet last month. I love it specially the remote control that works well with the specific functions . My husband installed it effortless. It was fantastic. No need of toilet tissue anymore.

I chose this because I know the quality Kohler puts in their products, and I am not disappointed. We put it on a Kohler commode so connections were easy. It is working well.

The Remote Control battery installation guide does not make sense: "Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control, and install three AAA batteries." DO the Kohler's document writer know there are two ends of the battery? Just installed not sure how much like or hate it yet

All works well except the size is a bit large for my body so better to get a smaller version for some.

Love it! Best purchase ever made! This should be included for all senior citizens bathrooms.

This was purchased for an elderly parent and it’s exactly what we needed, since a seat with side controls would be difficult to use. You do need a circuit nearby to plug it in, and we had to add one to our bathroom for it. The instructions show clips to hold the power cord to the water line, but they were missing. A call to Kohler got some sent to me, but we’re not sure if they no longer include them and the instructions need to be updated.

This bidet is fantastic. It cleans well with warm water and no more cold seat. The adjustments work perfectly to align with your body. I may buy another one for my guest bathroom.

It does the job as described. A great addition to the bathroom.

The warm seat and operation is great. The spray feels really good and the slow closing lid is also a plus! It does not eliminated toilet paper completely and the extra water requires wiping. Even so, I feel cleaner than ever! We hoped we could avoid toilet paper, that is why the four.

Product exceeds the expectations of the 'Lovely Lady Who lets me Live with Her' - She Loves it. Everything works as it is supposed to. The remote control mounted on the wall is a great upgrade as it it allows full control of the full suite of functions without having to be a 'contortionist'. This was a Great Deal as we purchased during one of the 'special buy' opportunities and got 60% reduction from the 'normal' price.
