The touchless faucet works great with installing the electrical adapter. Love it! The adapter was purchased from Kohler. Home Depot mailed an adapter but it was not compatible.

Worst product ever, still till this day doesn’t connect to Alexa. I payed for installation and they didn’t advice me that they didn’t connect to Alexa

Love this faucet. Had i stalled. Hope the faucet will help me lower my water bill.

Touchless is great when hands are dirty

My wife wanted a touchless faucet and purchased this one. Turned out that was a bad choice. Installation was easy, but when the water was turned on, both hot and cold water leaked at the check valve to shutoff connection. Check valves are required to prevent crossover or back flow from hot to cold water because the main faucet valve is left in the open position to use the touch less. If they are not there pressure differences allow the water to unintentional flow into one another. The check valve is improperly designed. It uses a flat gasket to try to seal to the end of the compression seat on the shutoff valve. At any tightness beyond finger tight, the gasket slips off the end of the compression seat and does not seal. I talked with Kohler 6 or 7 times over 3 weeks. They sent me replacement check valves with the same incorrect design. I spoke with their customer support, technical support and engineering. Different stories every time. Do not leave out the check valve, it is ok to leave them out, there is integral backflow prevention in the main faucet handle valve (this is not true and was proved by test) to it is ok to have crossover and backflow if you don’t have temperature problems (not true, don’t want to drink hot water from tank for a variety of reasons.) I can fix the problem by buying a competitors check valve that has a proper seal (they have fixed the problem), but after all of this, I am going to return the faucet and get one from a competition that is designed properly.

Just installed it. Replaced a 20 year old Kohler single hole faucet. Fit in the hole perfect, which is one of the reasons why I got this . Other brands needed a larger hole or room for the mounting washer/plate under the sink. Video instructions on Kohler web site helped. No problem installing, no leaks, yet, works as it should. Will eventually get the AC adapter.

as much as the kholer Setra looks good, as much as it is a bad bad product, and kholer never mentioned the defective product. I have been dealing with this issue like hundreds of consumers with the same issue: just this faucet is defective and has no water pressure, zero. I bought a head spray and a new hose, and the problem remains the same. I am taking this faucet back to home depot, I am done with kholer and home depot, they do not look at the quality of products they sell anymore

Bad design. You cannot operate the faucet like a normal faucet (turn it on/off with the handle) if you want to use the sensor. The sensor will override the manual handle if the faucet has been sitting closed for a few minutes. I’ve never seen such a poorly thought out, impractical design. Shame on me for not asking the employees at the store more questions.

Great faucet! Wasn't really looking for the motion sensor feature but, after cutting up chicken I didn't have to touch it to turn it on.

It's a great looking kitchen faucet and quality seems good, but there's a major flaw on the motion sensor since water leaks/drips when turned off. When you turn the faucet On/Off using the handle (without the motion sensor) the water starts and stops as it should, no leaking. When you turn the handle On, and use the motion sensor to start and stop the water, water drips in the off position. We previously had a cheaper brand one that worked great, so we were excited for Kohler and now we are very disappointed since we tried 2 and both have the same flaw. So now we paid extra to have a motion sensing kitchen faucet, but can't use it unless you want to waste water.

We love this faucet ! I will say get the plug thing for it so you don’t have to change batteries for the sensor . It is an adjustment after turning off your faucet by hand your whole life HA

For a beautiful functional faucet, it is made cheaply with plastic fittings to connect to the water source. Not inexpensive, so I expected more. Geeze Kohler!

This is a very attractive faucet, and I love the touchless feature. The only drawback is that when draining pasta, the steam activates the water. just need to remember to turn the water off before draining hot items.

I'm planning on taking it back to the store. There is no way to set the handle as the priority and the sensor as secondary so almost every time I pull the handle and the water doesn't come on. I have to active the sensor too. Its like I have to double turn on the sink to get water now and its aggravating!

The faucet design and features are an excellent complement to our kitchen. The installation was quick and easy.

I love it and it is beautiful much better than my old one.

We purchased this faucet to install in our new countertops and sink. Our intent is to connect it to our home wifi and smart devices to utilize the awesome features that they advertise. We had it professionally installed by a plumber. It looks fantastic in our kitchen, but connecting the faucet to our wifi using the instructions has proven to be challenging. It connects to the network but 9 times out of 10 says "Connected without internet". One time of the many attempts allowed us to go through the steps all the way to the end before it just spun without completing, meaning we had to start the process over hoping that it connects properly again. That has not happened so far. We are not new to technology, we restarted our routers, unplug and restart the faucet, and follow the instructions included by Kohler. I reached out to them through their website to create a customer service case, but haven't heard from them yet. After spending the money that we have on this faucet, I'm ready to start over and go with another brand. Save your money. They have too many inconsistencies in their Kohler Konnect app.

Looks great. My only two complaints are: 1) I wish the water pressure for the regular setting was better — the stream is noticeably weaker than my old faucet; and 2) the hose underneath the sink gets caught sometimes (could be an installation issue but I don’t know how that would be fixed without moving the pipes)

Very easy to install, even for a novice

The faucet is beautiful, I purchased the matte black with voice capabilities. The motion sensor action is fantastic. The voice capabilities is an absolute dud, if I didn’t mean having to take everything apart to return it and purchase just the less expensive motion sensor option, I would return it. When you attempt to give a voice request, Alexa tells you the faucet doesn’t seem to be connected to the internet, but when you go into the Kohler Konnect it says the faucet is connected. Tried to reset everything, got the same results. Unfortunately, the voice option was a terrible waste of money, as I’ll never be able to use it, pretty disappointing.
