Sink looks very nice with my new counter top, especially due to its unique shape. However, as mentioned in other reviews, which I read prior to my purchase, not only does the stainless steel scratch easily but the front part of the sink didn't set flush easily when installed by the plumber.

I have read the other reviews of this sink, and I think some people who have not given top reviews are the same people who did not install the sink properly. I have read many criticisms of the edges not fitting flush. My opinion is that these are cases where one, or both of the following DID NOT occur. My opinion is that BOTH of these have to happen to facilitate a great installation: 1. Two people are needed for the install. One on top to apply downward pressure, and one below to snug up the clips. 2. The clips are held with long screws and nuts. It is a MUST to have a deep socket to tighten the nuts, so that the clips are ALL tight, and in their correct places. This is 3 across the front, 3 across the back, and 2 on either side (10 total). If you do this, you will have a tight fitting correctly installed sink. Leave a clip or two off, and you are asking for a sloppy fit. If you try to install with only a pair of pliers, or some kind of wrench, you will have trouble getting the nuts tight, and many people have had problems especially with the front middle clip due to space available. The deep socket solves all of the problems. My wife and I love this highly styled quality sink. Most recommended!

The sink is quality but my contractor had a very hard time installing it. The clip system is very challenging but once the sink is in it is very secure and solid.

This sink is great. Nice, heavy steel. I feel that it will last much longer than our previous sink. Very happy.

Pure quality for sure. I would recommend to Kohler to add in their manual and installation packet the instructions for keeping and cleaning a stainless sink. I didn't realize all the work. Might also be helpful to have samples of a micro fiber cloth and cleaner for the sink. Some if us didn't know.

SINK HAD A CRACK. ORDERED ANOTHER AND IT ALSO HAD A CRACK. WILL NOT BE ORDERING A THIRD. GOING TO A PLUMBING SUPPLY HOUSE.

Nice heavy construction

The Kohler Staccato sink is beautiful. I didn’t want a generic stainless sink, this sink is definitely not generic. It has a very nice style and look.

Had to purchase 3 of this sink before we could find one that had less of a bow in it on the front and the back. Each one took 5 days to be delivered. Unable to purchase in the store. The one we kept had less of a bow but still was very difficult to tighten down and unable to bring completely down flush with my new countertop. We were afraid to tighten anymore in fear of cracking the new countertop. Love the shape of this sink, that is why I choose it. Very disappointed to find out that Kohler does not have a sink rack for this model.Would not have chosen this model sink if I had done more research before the hole was cut in my countertop.

The stainless steel sink was exactly what I needed for my laundry room. Good weight, clean finish with nicely rounded edges for top mounting. Unfortunately, the entire front lip of sink was warped. Could not be installed due to amount of distortion. Returned to Home Depot.

Looks good really dress up a kitchen

Badly warped with a 1/8" arch across the front and could not be corrected by tightening down the clamps as the manufacturer and another reviewer claimed. Not my first experience with poor quality in a Kohler product, but definitely my last.

The best way to describe this sink is "you get what you pay for". The lower price meant no template to use when cutting the counter, some warping and a finish that is easier to scratch. I can live with these factors since the sink was installed in a laundry room, not our kitchen.

Kohler makes an excellent sink, high quality and classy............

I rate the sink good. Nice and deep. I put a ceramic pot in to wash and the finished got scratched. This disappointed me, I swill not do it again.

This sink looks great in our new kitchen. Nice and deep and the shape is very stylish. We initially thought about buying an undermount, zero radius sink, but I think this looks much nicer. Our countertop fabricator had no issues installing it. In fact, he commented that he thought it was a great sink-- nice looking and very sturdy (18 gauge)-- and was impressed by the relatively reasonable price.

I had to order 6 sinks before I finally got one that would set flush with the counter top and one also had cracks at the front corner. This is not a Home Depot issue; it's a Kohler quality problem; these sinks are built in Mexico and most have an excessive bow (some greater than 3/16") in one or more sides of the rim which causes a large gap between the sink and counter top. Kohler said they are supposed to have a slight bow but they couldn't provide a spec so little wonder there is an issue. The 6th sink I received was perfect except for one front corner; it took about 20 methodical minutes with a heavy hammer and wood block to correct it but now it fits perfectly against the counter top. These are not cheap sinks and should not require repair work prior to installation!! Thanks to all the employees at the Home Depot though . . . they were great to work with through it all!!! My advice is to avoid this sink unless you are very handy and love the sink enough to make it worth your extra effort.

This sink has a nice finish, is solid and fits well in the small kitchen we're renovating. My only complaint is that the installation clips that come with it are hard to use, especially in a tight space.

The finish on the sink is excellent, easy to install.

Quality product and easy to install

Very happy with this sink. 25 inch sink is plenty large and deep as well . The plumber did have issues with the clips but he's a great plumber and he got them installed and my sink is perfect.
