I am a single elderly lady who keeps a very tidy home and I baby my things. But after just one month of very gentle use this new sink is already marred, scratched and pitted. If you simply set something in it, it scratches it. I have never sceen any thing like this! Now I will have to hire an installer to remove this sink and reinstall my faucet on a new one. After this terrible expierence I will NEVER buy another Kohler priduct again!!!

I'm getting rust spots in the bottom of the sink that I have to scrub out with cleanser. What gives? I'll have to check my warranty.

Very nice product, relatively easy install. My ONLY negative for this were the install directions. It called for measuring 1/4" inside the lip of the sink, which came very close to revealing the hole when the sink was mounted. Mounting clips under the sink were also challenging. Wish they used something with the ability to tighten using a screwdriver instead of hand tightening tiny nuts in a cramped space.

We purchased this sink to replace original sink in our home that was built in 2005. It was easy to remove the old sink and install the new one and makes the kitchen look great. We do not have garbage disposal due to having septic tank so not sure how easy that would be to install but I assume it would not be too difficult.

I love this sink, it was easy to install and looks lovely in my kitchen. The only thing that I didn't like is that it took so long to get it to the store but I guess the weather had a part in that. love it, the faucet, drains all is good and doing great !

I did a lot of research when trying to find a sink that fit my requirements! I knew I wanted a sink that was not square since the one I had wasn't and I loved that the bigger cookie sheets comfortably fit into the sink, and I knew I wanted something that would last me for a long time. This sink fit the bill perfectly and it looks so classy! I was nervous about it coming in damaged since I'd read a lot of people had issues with that, but mine was unharmed. My I had my plumber install the sink, but he did say that it was challenging with the clips. I chose to install the Kohler stainless steel drains and they go perfectly with the sink. There were a couple of things I was worried about: 1. the depth of the sink. I had a sink that was 9" deep and so I was a little worried that the 8" would be noticeable. In the end, I decided that since I don't hand wash my dishes that I probably wouldn't notice the depth change too much. Now that it's in, I don't know that I can even tell a difference! I think that the way it's brushed makes it looks deeper. :) 2. I was worried about everyone saying that the sink scratches easily. Well, it's true. But even so, I don't know that I've seen any stainless sink that isn't scratched. I figure I don't want to have to be careful to keep my sink scratch free and looking brand new. That may change, but for now, I LOVE the way it looks, I like the sound deafening technology and the functionality of the curved basins! And for reference, the sink is paired with the Kohler Bellera faucet (which is also lovely!).

We are very pleased with our new Kohler Staccato sink. It adds class to our kitchen and the new design is great!

Installed this beautiful sink myself yesterday and anyone who has installed an old style stainless sink will appreciate the ease of installation with these new style clips! I also use Kohler's Duostrainer baskets which made installation even easier and are quality parts! The wooden cutting board that fits into the sink opening is a real bonus and adds much needed counter space here!

Had the sink professionally installed. Went in without a problem. I really like the way it looks with the black tile in my kitchen. it replaced an old white cast iron sink that had it's day.

The sink was fairly easy to install. Experienced a little difficulty with the clips but managed to get the sink in nice and secure. The sink is beautiful and is a vast improvement over the old sink. Plenty of room in each of the sink basins, easy to clean, and I have no complaints at all with the design, craftsmanship, or functionality. Great Sink! The sink will scratch so I recommend you get sink grates for the bottom of the sinks.

The sink is the gem of the kitchen now - I recommend getting the custom grates since the surface does scratch fairly easily (but in the care and cleaning side, they admit this and say it gives it a unique look over time). Love the depth of the bowls. Fits right into the original opening. Installing the clips to the counter is an unbelievably painful experience, but it can be done, with patience and the right tools.

This was my first sink installation. I'm handy with computer networks; handyman stuff not so much. Anyway, my dear wife had endured her yellow, "white" sink for the last day and strongly recommended I purchase THIS sink. She'd looked at them all and liked this one's shape, utility (room for pan handles), and stainless finish. Long story short, I purchased it for her, installed it very easily in a few hours (along with the Moen Walden spot resistant faucet, SKU 370197), and we wound up with a truly stunning looking sink. Tastes will vary, of course, but we are very pleased. It was easy to install; priced right; has plenty of room for pots and pans; and is an aesthetic improvement by leaps and bounds to what we had. Love it. Twenty thumbs up ...because our family is yooooge. :)

This sink replaced a very old shallow sink so almost anything would be great but this sink is perfect! I love how it has that extra bump in it. I was soaking my greasy 13 X 9 inch pan and still had room for my medium measuring bowl to soak on the side. It doesn't sound tinny and cheap. And it's beautiful. Easy install too.

Bought this sink as part of my kitchen update along with new countertops and a faucet (which were bought elsewhere). I loved the shape of the basin and was told I should get the heavier gauge steel. I had it professionally installed into the new countertops, and the plumber did mention some difficulty with the clips. Now, 6 months later, my only disappointment is the scratches all over the rim and in the basins. If I knew this would happen, I would not have bought it-so you have been warned. I have bubble mats in the bases of both basins, and over the divider between them. IT Looks AWFUL now, I can't imagine what it will look like in 5 more years! BTW; I do not "throw" pots into this sink, or abuse it.

I had bought a cheaper 20ga sink and it was tinny and warp. You could push in the sink it would give.I then purchased this 18ga sink it is so much heavier no give. Looks great. Did have a little trouble with the clamps the hole has to be cut perfectly I was doing a replacement I did managed to finnally get the clamps. I also bought the wire pieces that fit in the bottom to save the wear and tear. Warhead

Was able to get the correct Kohler Sink and strainer on-line. Product was not in stock at the store, but was delivered to store the next week free. Wanted to use the same exact sink, so I could do an exact replacement, and have no plumbing adjustments .

This is my second time to buy and use one of these sinks. They're very deep and the extended round corners are great for getting pan handles to fit in. Highly recommended.

Awesome! Love this sink. Same size as the one I had but converting to drop in gave me 2 inches deeper & the shape allows for larger dishes.

Decent sink but it already has scratches and it hasn't been in for more than a month. I ordered online as the store had none in stock. When it arrived, one of the sound dampeners had fallen off in shipping. Overall I expected a recognized brand like kohler to be more durable.

Quality and pricing were great compared to other pricing for the same sink. In addition, delivery arrived sooner than projected.

I decided to skip the big box stores and go right to a Kohler distributor. I recommend the same for everybody. This was definitely way more expensive than big box. But well worth it in construction.
