I bought the faucet 6 months back; I did not expect the pipe to start leaking where it connects to the sprayer. The tap was normally used & also the pull out feature was very rarely used. I had used Kohler products based on their durability & reputation for a long time.

Bronze manifold pipe/tube burst suddenly while using it after a year and a half, suddenly no warning.. No abuse, molestation to the faucet or unusual circumstances and I have been the only one to touch it. The pipe break was deep inside the main stem and there is no way to preform abuse to it. It's simply poor quality metal/bronze-metallurgy that caused the break/burst. Nothing else matters when a faucet fails like this, it deserves a 1 star very poor rating.

We've had this for 8 months and it broke right where the others did. It will end up costing us a visit from the plumber to install since we are not at the property. Why are they selling this???

Very disappointed that this broke suddenly. I’m just glad it didn’t do damage to my cabinets like other people. So pretty and simply designed, but obviously has a manufacturing flaw!

Within weeks of buying this faucet, it started to leak. It has leaked about four times and ruined underneath my kitchen sink. I don't have the box anymore, so I cannot return it, nor can I get replacement parts. I hope that the company refunds everyone for this problem. The faucet should be recalled until it can be appropriately made into a quality, reliable item.

Leaked at cord connection. This is concealed in faucet so did not know leak was happening and now floor ruined. I’d like to request refund for plumbers time and the product. Total garbage!

It may look good but please don't buy this. I bought it in January and broke in March. Luckily I'm still able to return it. Thanks for flooding my kitchen the second time. Should've read the reviews before I purchase this thing. The tube was leaking and spraying water without us knowing since it was hidden on the inside. By the time we found out it was too late and whole cabinet below was flooded.

I purchased this faucet last year and now the control handle is leaking. I cant find my reciept and I'm not sure if warranty will cover it. Please help.

Bought this last year and now its leaking. The braid on the hose is intact like new but water is leaking. Looks like the rubber hose cracked on the inside. I cant see because the braid is covering it. I cant find my reciept .im not sure if warranty will cover it.

It is larger than others on this style of faucets, but it goes well with our kitchen style. With it's price point, it's got that cheap chromed plastic feel, as all the other name brands at the same price. Unit is not very heavy = not much metal in construction. Install was straight forward, but surprised they only used two set screws for spin-on plate underneath and not three screws like my old cheap American Standard, which made it a rock solid sturdy mount. The whole faucet moves (wiggles) slightly when you swivel spout mounted on a one hole solid surface counter. Trust me, those screws are tight! A bit disappointed about that. Also a bit disappointed in the visual skinny stream of water that comes out for such a large bold unit. Box doesn't disclose gpm nor the instructions, but online spec's does indicate only 1.5gpm. Wish it were at least a 1.8gpm and a larger diameter stream to fit the design. Spray is an interesting criss/cross flat pattern and works well on pre-rinsing. Make sure you check tightness on hose to faucet head that comes pre-assembled. Mine was only lightly hand tight and that's a leak waiting to happen if not snugged down gently, being only plastic threads. Wish spray head aerator was serviceable and could clean internally, but it's not. I've owned much better faucets and much worse. This Kohler is about right with its price point, hence it's just average in rating. Longevity to be determined.

The sprayer which comes out of the main assembly has a black small thread. Somehow it broke in 7 days and the water outlet came in my hand. It only took 7 days. I will call KOHLER or Home Depot tomorrow for sure. But definitely not recommended. I am thinking who will pay $150 plumber charges to fix a new one.... We always used DELTA - I have no idea why HD associate recommended this one...and I listened to him...

Pretty nice faucet, easy to install, really like the "Plate Sweep" pattern of the sprayers. Doesn't swivel very smoothly from side to side. Unfortunately, the stainless steel finish never wipes truly clean, always looks spotted and dirty. Would NOT recommend in Stainless finish.

Great kohler single handle faucet. Vibrant stainless reminds me very much of brushed nickle, but every company will call it whatever they want to call it. I like the feel of it. It is a little more "boxy" compared to other faucets, but it fit the modern look we were going after. It was very easy to install especially if you have 3/8 inch water shut off connectors(most do). If not you can use an adapter or get someone to change out the shut off valves. Its way better than a lot of other cheaper brands and I know it'll last me a long time.

This is a really beautiful, sleek kitchen faucet, perfect for a modern kitchen design. The polished chrome finish is flawless, and the valve is ceramic, so it should last a good long time. The spout features a pull-out vegetable sprayer which easily retracts back into the spout due to the weighted supply line under the sink. Installation was quite easy, particularly if you've ever installed a kitchen faucet. All of the water lines are included (see attached picture for closeup of connections), and it mounts on both one- and three-hole sinks. The handle operates very smoothly and easily, and most importantly, the faucet has a lifetime warranty and is made by Kohler, a brand I've always been happy with. In short, a great kitchen faucet.

Withheld 1 star because of size. This is a big, substantial piece that was too large for the kitchen I originally intended to put it in. Fortunately, it looks great in our other place that has a much larger, farm house style sink. Check your measurements. It certainly is well built, has a quality feel to the action and the 2 spray choices will come in handy. Can be installed in a 1 hole sink and includes a cover plate so it can go in a 3 hole sink too. The cover plate has a really nice seal that should hold up well. My only fear is how easily I will be able to get the spray head apart to descale it with the hard water we have. Time will tell.

I am reviewing the Kohler Single-handle Kitchen faucet with pull-out sprayer in polished chrome. I wanted a faucet that had a larger pull-out sprayer. The prior faucet had a smaller type that was not comfortable for me to hold. This one is much better and the spray control is better located to use. The sprayer comes out of the faucet easily and can be pushed back in with little effort. The flow control lever provides good control of water flow and temperature adjustment. Installation was a snap. It uses a single nut that snugs up on the bottom of the sink. The nut has two phillips head screws which when tightened secure the faucet to the sink. The water supply lines were long enough to attach to my supply valves without any additional hoses. I am very happy with the function and the looks of this faucet.

This is an attractive faucet for a pretty low price. Unable to speak as to how long it will last and how long it will look nice. tried the water drop test on the cover plate, and it did fine...but wiping off the finger prints that I put on there when doing it, was pretty hard. really like faucets to be easy to clean and not have water spots.... Basic faucet..... not high and fancy...but sometimes that is o.k.... I am going to use it for an utility sink.... not something I would put in my main kitchen faucet. Or this is great for a rental or lower level home. But that is o.k..... it is nice for the price.... :-) I do like the stainless steel finish...that is really attractive.....

I got the KOHLER Vin Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Polished Chrome to go with the Elkay Dayton Drop-in Stainless Steel 25 in.Satin 3-Hole Single Bowl Kitchen Sink I just got from home depot. This one was the correct choice as it also comes with the base plate to cover the 2 extra holes as it is a single hole mount with the end of the faucet as the sprayer. Looks great and has heavy construction, the faucet main body and mounting plate are chrome plated metal. while the sprayer is a chrome plated plastic. It has a non kink braided nylon hose, and braided steel water lines, includes all of the parts your going to need to installation. Comes with instructions in english with pictures. Has ceramic valves for maximum durability and a limited lifetime warranty.

It looks beautiful! The faucet doubles as a sprayer but that’s not obvious. Easy temperature adjustment one-handed.

The braided hose leaked after about 6 month. I will never buy this Faucet again!

I bought this faucet about 3 years ago. Never had a problem with it until yesterday. It started leaking where the braided hose connects. So unfortunate. Paid a decent price for something that doesn’t even last 3 years. And the company can only guarantee a one year manufacture warranty for their plumbing products, like they know they’ll break. Going with a more trust product and brand.

My plumber made me return it and get a better one. It was impossible to install without it being unstable. You get what you pay for.
