Enamel coating coming off after 1 1/2 yrs
This is my second whitehaven kohler kitchen sink. The first sink I purchased 6 years ago and not a single issue, it’s beautiful! Second sink I purchased nov 2019 and installed feb 2020. With gentle cleaning the shiny coating is coming off and the underneath is getting scratched from normal wear. We are very gentle with this sink. I’m so disappointed as it’s my favorite part of the kitchen. What has happened with manufacturing?

Had to order three times to get one not blemished....
Had to order three times to get one not blemished. 3rd one was a charm, love the sink just wished better QC before leaving manufacture. I suggest checking at the store before you luf this monster home.

Don’t buy in white
This sink looks amazing installed. It is beautiful! Until you use it. Mine has been installed and in use three days. I can’t even wash my pots in it. I gently set them into the base like I’m putting a baby in a crib and scrub the inside while holding it as still as possible and it still leaves marks in the base of the sink. Beyond disappointed in the quality of something I spent a thousand dollars on and can’t replace without ripping out my brand new counters. But the size is amazing and it looks amazing from the front.., you just can’t wash things in it which defeats the purpose of a kitchen sink

We suggest using the bottom basin rack, model K-6639, with your kitchen sink. This will help to prevent pot marks. We also make a KOHLER Cast Iron cleaner.
