After using many different pull-down type faucets over the years, this is the very best one. It's easy to use, works smoothly, has a nice long hose, & so easy to keep clean. After 3 years, the finish looks like new.

I've had the Bolden faucet for over 1.5 years now and I'm noticing that there are leaks at the faucet head; in 2 different places. When I turn on the faucet (either manually or by using the sensor) water is leaking around the top of the spout, at the end of the faucet. I've tried everything to turn the head of the faucet in a circular motion. I've tried pushing the components together and nothing. It's still leaking. I love the faucet but this is just awful.

purchased and installed this faucet four months ago. worked and looked great at the start. two months later my sprayer head starts a slow leak at the ball pivot. another two months and now the sprayer hear falls off when pulled from the holding mount. small plastic retaining clip around ball joint wore out. no longer holds back water or the head sprayer.

The faucet spray button fell off after one year and one month of usage. Just out of warranty.

I liked this faucet, but some of the parts seem poorly made. The faucet button seems to have broken after a years use. Seems to be a fairly soft plastic underneath. Pretty disappointing given the brand.

I like this faucet and the Kraus brand altogether. I believe we just received a defective handle. After less than a year of use. The black color is chipping away at an alarming rate. Besides that, works like a charm.

Button to choose spray pattern broke and fell out.

Bought this faucet for my kitchen remodel last summer. After a little over one year of use, the plastic button (which we now see is held on with two flimsy plastic posts) has broken right off. In my mind, a higher-end faucet should last longer than one year. Now I have to push on the sharp edges of the broken off button in order to change the stream from full to spray. Not happy

This was an added touch to a newly renovated kitchen and looks beautiful it was functioning just fine until the button on the nozzle broke off and not even a year has past. this will quickly change to a 5 once this gets resolved.

Had this for not even a year and the spray button broke off! Garbage.

Loved the faucet and the style until it started chipping right after the year mark. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

The spray/stream part on my faucet has broken a second time and it apparently isn't design for a busy kitchen. Hopefully I'll get another replacement. Customer service was exception my first problem.

I have bought a lot of faucets over the years, and you get what you pay for is true when it comes to kitchen or any household faucets. Time will tell with my Kraus Chrome Bolden, but I have a good feeling about this. Fit, finish and quality all appear to be here, there is nothing "cheap" about these Krause products, as a low price point would suggest. Yes, the spray head is plastic, but after using it for a bit, I believe most purchasers will not mind this, I certainly do not. I also bought the base plate designed for this faucet, as it does not come with one, and the matching cold water dispenser. This is a fantastic product for the money and will not "cheapen" or lessen your kitchen experience. Very impressed.

The 2 in 1 feature is perfectly designed; super easy to use and handle faucet and I didn’t have to drill a separate hole/line in the count top. Installation went very quickly. Cool modern look that’s sleek, yet bold to be a highlight of the kitchen. Also, very accessible for my kids to pour themselves a glass whenever they want. Love it!

I've had my eye on this beauty for a while and jumped on a sale. Am I ever glad that I did!! The faucet was easy to install and the quality is A+, not to mention it's absolutely gorgeous. It's the first thing people notice when they walk into the kitchen. Best purchase I've made for the house in a while!

Beautiful kitchen faucet at a good price. The matte black complements our decor perfectly, looks great and is easy to use. Installed without the plate for a sleeker look. Very happy with it.

An extremely well-made faucet at a reasonable price. It was easy to install and had all the needed parts included. Please note that I ordered the model without the three-hole cover since I didn’t need it. If you have a sink with three holes, be sure to order the model that includes the escutcheon plate. The supply hoses are a bit longer than on many models, which offers good flexibility when installing, but I found that they wanted to kink when I coiled them, so I zip-tied some jar rings to them to keep this from happening. The option of being able to put in a high flow regulator is a nice touch, but I found that the 1.8 gpm flow rate was more than enough, so I didn’t use the higher volume 2.2 gpm regulator.

Easy to install, clean sleek finish. Great addition to our modern farmhouse kitchen.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of Kraus Kitchen Faucet, it's just beautiful in my kitchen.

After scouring the internet for a faucet around $200, I finally settled on this model. Although I had never heard of Kraus, they don't seem to have nearly as many bad reviews as some of the brands I was familiar with (Kohler, Moen, Delta). Apparently those brands have taken a dive in recent years. I wanted the black/stainless model, but ended up purchasing the stainless steel version because the deck plate was included (I have a three-hole sink). This thing not only looks great, but it feels sturdy and well-made and it worked right out of the box without any issues (so far...I will definitely update this review if I have any). I am very happy with my purchase!

I bought the deep 24” laundry sink and the gorgeous faucet. I’m so impressed with the superb quality! The sink is very sturdy and beautifully designed. The packaging for shipping was awesome, too. My granite people even remarked at what a high quality sink this was. The faucet is very substantial and functions flawlessly. I love the fact they they include two different flow rates, even though I didn’t need the higher one. I’m so excited to have the beautiful laundry room, and this sink and faucet are part of the show pieces! I can’t believe what an awesome deal they were. I would definitely recommend all Kraus products to my friends and family.

I’ve had my faucet for a few months now and I was very happy with it initially. I love the look of it and it works well. However, the magnet doesn’t hold the handle in place. I can put it back in its spot and it’ll fall back out and hang there (shown in the picture). Everything else about the faucet is great but the handle not staying in place is very annoying. Really disappointing because I love everything else about it, if the handle stayed in place it would’ve been a 5/5

I am so happy with my purchase of this faucet! I looked for faucets for months for my kitchen remodel, and this is the 1 I kept coming back to. When Wayfair was having a sale on them, I purchased this in the Stainless Steel/Matte Black combo and it looks fabulous. First, the packaging of this product for shipping told me a lot about the company and the way they truly care about their products. This faucet came in a heavy duty black cardboard box, and inside, the faucet and all its parts were snug and tight in foam that hugged the pieces do nothing would come loose or be damaged during shipping. Installation was easy. The ease of use, ease of cleaning, and great look makes this a winner in my book, and the price was very fair. $179.00 and the quality is great. I would definitely recommend Kraus to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen faucet.

Easy installation. Pressure and spray are good. Glad that it swivels. Quality construction. Only thing I don't like is the cheapo plastic spray head though it functions nicely.
