Top Quality, Gorgeous Design, and AMAZING Price
I bought the deep 24” laundry sink and the gorgeous faucet. I’m so impressed with the superb quality! The sink is very sturdy and beautifully designed. The packaging for shipping was awesome, too. My granite people even remarked at what a high quality sink this was. The faucet is very substantial and functions flawlessly. I love the fact they they include two different flow rates, even though I didn’t need the higher one.
I’m so excited to have the beautiful laundry room, and this sink and faucet are part of the show pieces! I can’t believe what an awesome deal they were.
I would definitely recommend all Kraus products to my friends and family.

A stylish and well crafted single-handle pull-down faucet. The stainless steel and grey nylon pull-down nozzle work well together and look great with our counter top/sink. Installation was easier with excellent written instructions. Can't say the same for removing old faucet...lol

A little disappointed
The sink is beautiful and spacious however,was only installed a month ago and we have numerous scratches on the bottom. We use the protective grates. I also made a mistake in ordering as I did not realize it was not a polished , brushed stainless steel which would hide some of that. It is a little too shiny for my taste and the water spatters do not seem to drain off. But I do just love the size of it.

Scratches are inevitable in any sink material, including stainless steel. These are merely usage scratches. Overtime, these scratches will become uniform with the sink's grain and blend into the overall finish of your sink with proper cleaning. Most minor scratches can be softened with a fine (white) 3M Scotch Britepad, or 3M Scotch Brite Natural Fiber Non-Scratch Scour Pad,accompanied by a deep cleansing agent such as Bar Keepers Friend.

Disappointed. Looks great but needs better magnet
I’ve had my faucet for a few months now and I was very happy with it initially. I love the look of it and it works well. However, the magnet doesn’t hold the handle in place. I can put it back in its spot and it’ll fall back out and hang there (shown in the picture). Everything else about the faucet is great but the handle not staying in place is very annoying. Really disappointing because I love everything else about it, if the handle stayed in place it would’ve been a 5/5

Our KPF-1610 does not include or feature a magnet but offers a counter weight instead that is designed to retract your spray head back into the spout. I'd be happy to review the installation of the counter weight on your hose and also would like to see if adjusting the placement of weight would do the trick.

This is not only beautiful but feels sturdy and works great!! Clips right back into the holder when you are done. We replaced our old one which looked similar but different brand and I love this so much more!! Old one seemed to tangle under the sink and would clip in loosely. Looks great in my kitchen too.

Love It!
I am so happy with my purchase of this faucet! I looked for faucets for months for my kitchen remodel, and this is the 1 I kept coming back to. When Wayfair was having a sale on them, I purchased this in the Stainless Steel/Matte Black combo and it looks fabulous. First, the packaging of this product for shipping told me a lot about the company and the way they truly care about their products. This faucet came in a heavy duty black cardboard box, and inside, the faucet and all its parts were snug and tight in foam that hugged the pieces do nothing would come loose or be damaged during shipping. Installation was easy. The ease of use, ease of cleaning, and great look makes this a winner in my book, and the price was very fair. $179.00 and the quality is great. I would definitely recommend Kraus to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen faucet.

Beautiful and high quality faucet
We are very pleased with our purchase of this faucet. Never having changed one out before, we were able to install ourselves. Had to go to the plumbing store to get a couple of extenders for the cold and hot water. They were about 5 inches too short, but was an easy fix. I bought this faucet for its awesome look and the pull down spray nozzle. Great purchase!

High-End Matte Black Faucet
I love the matte black finish on my faucet. I've had it nearly a year now, and the finish has held up incredibly well. It looks great in our kitchen. We couldn't afford a full kitchen remodel right away, but just swapping our old faucet with this one made a huge difference. I still get compliments on it all the time. The only con, which is very slight, is that the sprayer head is plastic, and I have accidentally chipped it a little bit, but luckily it's not very noticeable. I love the feature of the sprayer automatically changing back to "stream" when you turn the water off, so you can't accidentally leave it in the "spray" mode.

The counter weight, is designed to fully retract the spray head back into the spout. Super Nice Faucet
We had to replace a cheap faucet that was put in less than 2 years ago in a brand new house by the builders. This was easy to install. Like that the hoses were already attached, no leaks. Looks great in my kitchen. Got the matted black/stainless since I have black stainless steel appliances. Makes my kitchen look very sophisticated.
